In-Unit Laundry: Dedicated laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer located in the hallway.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, closet, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and plush towels.

Bedroom 1: Features a twin-over-twin bunk bed set plus a full-size bed, two nightstands, and a small dresser.

Hallway Bathroom: Full bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combination, towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
Private Backyard: Relax around the backyard fire pit with outdoor dining seating and table (s'more sticks provided in the kitchen!).

Firewood: Bring your own or purchase $10 bundles on-site (pre-order during booking or buy directly from our daughter).

Heated Pool & Playground (Open May 15 – Sept 15): Located just a short stroll around the hosts' residence. Enjoy a shared in-ground pool with a slide, pool house (shower, toilet, changing room), ping-pong table, lounge seating, and a kids' swing set with mountain views.

Note: Pool is shared with another rental on the property (6 ft. deep end). Adult supervision is required for children at all times.

Farm Life & Local Visitors: Take a stroll to visit the cows and our friendly farmer, Mr. Brian! You may also receive a visit from our friendly pups (Chico & Scarlett).

House Rules & Important Policies
We work hard to maintain a clean, peaceful retreat for all our guests. Please review our policies to avoid penalties:

No Parties or Unapproved Guests: Strict $1,000 fine and immediate eviction for unauthorized parties or gatherings. Visitors must be approved prior to arrival. Additional unlisted overnight guests are charged at $150/guest/night.

No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, pipes, vaping) inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violators will face a minimum $250 fee. We provide a cigarette disposal container outside the front door.

Pet Policy (Dogs Only): Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 60 lbs total, unless approved). To keep cleaning fees manageable, pets must stay off all furniture and beds. An extra cleaning fee of $80/hour applies if excess pet hair is left behind. No cats allowed due to severe allergies.

Excessive Cleaning Fee: Please treat our home with respect. Messes requiring extra attention are billed at $80/hour.

Winter Travel Advisory: Driveway is steep and winding. While maintained, winter conditions may require 4WD/AWD vehicles.
