Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that the property suited your needs with its open layout, making it easy to keep an eye on the little ones. We apologize for the disorganization in the kitchen cabinets and any shortcomings in the cleanliness of floors and countertops. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll address these issues to improve for future guests. We're sorry about the confusion regarding safety information for the pool access. We should have provided clear details about the alarm on the exterior door, which would have saved you the trouble of purchasing a gate. We appreciate your understanding and would love to welcome you back to the property in the future.
