State College Home Close to Everything-Minutes from the Stadium!

Your family and friends will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home just minutes from Penn State University. You will be close to downtown shops and restaurants and are minutes from everything State College has to offer. Our home is within a block of public transportation and gameday shuttle is just around the corner.

Upstairs you will find a spacious living room, large dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. A full bath with shower is just off the master bedroom that houses a king size bed.

Downstairs there is a second full kitchen, full bathroom and living room (with a pull out couch). There is a queen sized bedroom and a twin room with two beds. We also have a twin air mattress for your use.

Guests must be 25 years or older and you must have a recommendation or review from another Host to stay in our home. We are in a quiet neighbor close to downtown, this is a strict no party house. Only 3 cars permitted in the driveway. This is our home that we are sharing with you, respect it as if it were your own. No smoking, no candles. We love pets, but not here.
