ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING VIEW!!!!

I Cannot say enough about the owners! They are amazing people and so gracious. From meeting us up at the airport to grocery shopping! We could not have asked for anything more. The house is amazing and every detail was perfect. Having coffee outside with the birds and iguanas was unforgetable. And thank you Jason and Dana for hooking us up at all the fun restaurants and bars. And for arranging a driver every night to take us to the different places. We will definitely be back in a very short time...take care of those precious babies! K & K, Houston, Texas

Beautiful, Relaxing, Comfortable Property

Just got back from a one week stay at HarmonySuite with my boyfriend, and our only complaint is that we weren't able to stay longer! The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained - very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. We loved waking up to the beautiful views every morning, and it was the perfect relaxing spot to unwind after a long day exploring the island. The kitchen is fully functional and it was so nice to be able to cook our own meals. My favorite part of the place was of course the outdoor space, which is just beautiful. Having our own private hot tub and pool was amazing. And again, the views are spectacular! Jason and Dee were excellent hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel comfortable; they even provided a fully stocked bar. We arrived a little earlier than anticipated, so they were still in the process of cleaning and sanitizing the place - we got to see firsthand how much care they put into it, which was comforting because one of my biggest worries with doing a vacation rental was cleanliness. On our first day, they graciously offered to take us grocery shopping, and gave us a little mini tour of the area on the way to the store. Our whole week there, they were attentive and responsive to our every need/question, while also allowing us the privacy and seclusion we were looking for. I was worried about privacy since the suite is part of their home, but that was never an issue - they are the type of hosts who are there when you need them, but otherwise stay out of your way. We were looking for seclusion, and we got it. The location of the home is very convenient, but you definitely need a car. It's a quick drive to some of the best beaches on the island - Coki, Lindquist, and Magen's are each about 10 minutes away. The property is also a quick drive to the town of Red Hook, which is a cute harbor town of multiple restaurants, bars and shops. This was our first time doing a vacation rental, and I'm so glad we did. The perks of staying at HarmonySuite - the views, spaciousness, personal pool and hot tub, beautifully unique decor, full kitchen, privacy, etc - cannot be found at any hotel, at least certainly not for this price. If and when we return to St. Thomas, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Island Vacation Life

Make sure to get directions before you land on the island, my phone did not work at all so it was late before we made a connection and found the place. It was a nice place with a beautiful view, the parking is tricky but its like that all over the island, the owners are very nice. I would recommend this place

Loved our stay

My husband and I stayed a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Jason and Dee were very gracious hosts and the property was 10/10 with amenities and cleanliness. The views from the property were spectacular. Hurricane Dorian came through while we were staying there and Jason and Dee made sure we were comfortable and still had all the amenities available for the rest of our stay. They were always available if we needed anything or had any questions yet gave us complete privacy. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend anyone visiting St. Thomas to stay here as well. I am so glad we decided to stay here and not a commercial resort.

Wonderful stay with great hosts!

Enjoyed my time! Property gave us the privacy we wanted, with all the amenities we were seeking. A bit of a drive but a new person will get used to it as they learn the island and its roads.

Wonderful getaway

Jason and Dee were so helpful and kind prior to our stay and during our stay. The view and pool are amazing, we only used the hot tub once as it didnt get hot enough for us. They gave us a mini tour of Redhook and advised on a local food store and restaurants. After speaking to others staying on the island it was truly great value for money. Even though I was worried about driving directions, Dee's were on point. Rented a Jeep from Paradise Rental Car, who were also so helpful and amazing, so we were able to explore the island ( a car is essential). Our favorite was Lindquist Beach, away from the cruise crowd which dominated Meagan's Bay. Wonderful place to stay in St Thomas!!

Honeymoon Experience

We had a blast during our week long stay in St. Thomas at this vrbo. We decided to opt against the all-inclusive options to save money and to explore the island and get a better taste of the culture. If you are looking to literally sit on a beach and not move on your trip, this isn't your vrbo spot. But what we liked about this choice with Jason and Dee was that we were able to really explore. We spent one day at Maegan's Bay (5-10 min drive). We spent one day at the Ritz getting massages and hanging there (10 min drive). We spent 1 day at St. John (10 min drive to ferry). We spent 1 day at Lindquist Beach (5 min drive). We spent one day at Frenchman's Reef (10 min drive). We spent a day ziplining (it was, meh.) Notice the theme? Everything is pretty convenient. Pluses: - The views each morning were awesome. - We used the hot tub every night. It was so nice. - Jason and Dee are SUPER friendly. Jason even helped me change a flat tire in our rental car (if you plan to explore, we recommend getting a rental vs. taxi's. It may be a tad more, but it's more convenient). They also provided great recommendations about the island and were very prompt in every response. They helped us get a good sense of the culture, too, which we liked. Minuses: - Not much here, but if I were to be nitpicky, the road noise off the house is a bit loud. - If you want to eat every meal in and cook yourself, this is not the place to do it. We cooked a few meals, getting local fish from Fish Tales and heading to the market, but it's a tight, ill-equipped kitchen. That said, you want to eat out if you can -- We LOVED Mafolie restaurant (5 min drive) and Havana Blue. - It's an experience getting in and out of the house property with the gate and the hill. There are no shoulders on the roads, really, so you just have to focus when you drive. - The snorkel gear isn't the best, so plan on renting some if you really will snorkel a lot. The beach chairs and towels were great, though. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay with Jason and Dee. We saved a lot of money going this route, had good access to the island, slept well on the nice bed, had wifi at our disposal if we needed it, etc. Highly recommend: Maegan's Bay, Trunk Bay, hiking to Waterlemon Cay on St. John's, Annaburg Ruins, Havana Blue Restaurant, strong drinks at Fat Turtle, getting a car rental.

Harmonysuite is amazing! AAA+++

Dee and Jason, Thank you so much for all your help and hospitality during our trip this week. Harmonysuite is just amazing with the best view on the island in my opinion. Lisa and I had such an amazing time enjoying the total privacy of the property as well as the pool, hot tub and cabana. Exactly what we wanted. We never wanted to leave. We visited all the beaches, snorkeled, hiked and just enjoyed the awesome sites and beauty of the island. We are already planning our next trip back and look forward to seeing you again soon! Harmony Suite

This was our third time back, but our first under the new owners. Jason and Dee were great hosts, and have done a wonderful job improving the grounds, lanai, outdoor shower, adding great patio furniture. The new gate and fence give you total privacy and security. We are so happy that we returned, and cannot wait to come back next year!! This place doe not disappoint! The pool and the view is so great too! Thanks Jason & Dee and we will see you next year! Perfect accomodations!

My husband and I have never visited St Thomas and did not want to book with a travel agent for the trip. We had THE BEST time and loved the accomodations! Jason and Dana were so hospitable. The lodging was perfect. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Kitchen is great. Bathroom is nice and clean and the views are breathtaking. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic stay

Our stay at Harmony Suites was among the best. Dana and Jason were very sweet and accommodating. Dana even came with us our first night to get groceries so that we didn't get lost. The place is very nice and clean. Unique paintings line the walls giving it a real island feel. The outdoor space is amazing. The pool, seating area, and bar area were all fantastic amenities that you simply won't get anywhere else. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

GOD SEND

My husband and I came to HarmonySuite in the midst of transferring of owners, so we were able to meet Monica, who we booked with and felt like family before we ever met. We were so saddened to hear that her precious Tom had passed in October, and that she would be unable to continue running the business herself. In meeting the new owners, Dana and Jason, we knew that HarmonySuite would be in good hands. What Monica and Tom had created in HarmonySuite, will be carried on by Dana and Jason, and we are confident they will put their own touches on it, doing little things to improve as the years go on, yet continue the heritage this incredible place carries with it. We had a hard time leaving the beautiful views, the relaxing and calming atmosphere of the oceanside pool with outdoor bathroom, cabana with stereo system and hammock, which got a good workout every day we were there! But we loved getting out to meet as many people as we could, because the St Thomas locals are some of the most wonderful people on earth! Some of our favorite places visited are, Iggies Beachbar, Tap and Still, Off the Grid, Trenchtown Rock and Udder Delight. We loved taking the ferry over to St John and spending the day checking out all of the beautiful beaches there, but, loved St Thomas the most, and all of the beauty of the landscape, and the people there. We enjoyed Faith Christian Fellowship Church with Monica, and getting to know some of her friends from there. We so enjoyed Dana and Jason and their two precious boys, who are all very loving and caring people. We miss the beauty and warmth of St Thomas and it's people, now that we are back home, and can only hope and pray that we are able to return soon. In the mean time, we wish Monica well in her new life and wish Dana and Jason and their family the very best in their new endeavor at HarmonSuite. You guys are the best, and we know HarmonySuite will be even more amazing, with you at the helm! We highly recommend this wonderful place that was just what my husband and I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It was truly a GOD SEND for our dream vacation needs! ; )

Amazing!!

Dana and Jason were awesome hosts! We were a little nervous with the transfer being that Monica had such great reviews, but it turned out great! Dana and Jason came to the airport to show us the places to go on our way to the suite. They had everything ready for us and took great care of us while we were there. The views from the balcony and pool deck were amazing! Be sure to wear bug spray every night you're outside. The locals around town typically don't get bit, it's the fresh meat that comes to the area who the mosquitoes just love to eat up! I learned after night 1. The iguanas and geckos were always around, which was cool when hanging by the pool, on the hammock, or in the hot tub. Hot tub is a little tricky, but just ask Jason and he can get it going for you. I imagine they will be upgrading and improving a lot there at the suite, though it certainly doesn't need any upgrades. It was awesome the way it was and the privacy over having been in a resort was worth it! Red hook is less than 10 minutes away and there were so many restaurants there (xo bistro, buddha sushi were my favorites). Lindquist beach is close by too and is prettier, more secluded, and has a free walking trail over Magen's bay. The best part of our trip was getting to wake up and enjoy our coffee outside on the deck while watching and listening to the ocean. Taking one day to relax at their pool and crank up the music to beach boys was fun too! Overall I think it was a great place to stay! It was better than the pictures and clean. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Beautiful view, excellent owners!

We stayed with Jason and Dana earlier this month and had the most memorable time. The owners were very helpful with directions and places to see. We both said we would have never had to leave the place though. The view to the ocean was spectacular! We enjoyed just relaxing by our own pool and taking in the view. Harmonysuite is one of the only homes on the mountainside, compared to most of St. Thomas. We had all the comforts of home and then some. Jason and Dana were very diligent in asking us what we needed and how we were doing daily. The property is located only about 10-15 minutes away from beaches, shopping and dining. We are already looking into coming back and telling our friends and family about Harmonysuites. The pictures we have are great memories but don't do justice to how beautiful the place is. Thankyou Jason and Dana for making myself and Patty's birthday the experience of a lifetime!

Beautiful View, Amazing owners!

We both were at a lost for words when we arrived at Harmony Suites! The view was amazing! The place is nestled in a private cove in Hull Bay. I was not familiar with the roads and driving on the left side of the road, so ended up lost on the island. Dana was gracious enough to come find us on the other side of the island and follow her to Harmony Suites. Dana's husband Jason met us at Harmony and they both made us feel like family. Within one day, we both felt relaxed and at home at Harmony and the island. The place is conveniently located within 15 minutes from beaches and shopping. We could have spent every day lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful view! We both enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner on the large patio, taking in the birds and enjoying the carribean! We both want to come back as soon as possible and will recommend staying here to all we know. Thanks, Jason and Dana for your hospitality and friendship! Tim and Patty

What an AMAZING place

After some advice from a friend we decided to get married on St Thomas. We didnt want to stay in any sort of resort, we were looking to enjoy our time on the island before and after the wedding in private. I didn't have to search too far. I think Harmony Suite was the first or second place that we checked out. The pictures were pretty much the selling point and we were not disappointed! The suite is perfect! Away from the hustle and bustle of the island resorts, very comfortable and peaceful! VERY PRIVATE!! We had absolutely no issues with the suite. Tom and Monica are amazing hosts! Tom gave us great pointers of "must see" places and sights. A nice run down of all the local places to eat. He also pointed us to Lindquist Beach and our minister for our wedding, both which were perfect!! Tom is also an amazing photographer and took our photos for our wedding. Being a hobbyist photographer it was nice to have some chats with him about photography and equipment. We had some great conversations with Monica about the wedding and families. She is a very nice woman. She even had Tom bring down some homegrown aloe when my wife got extremely sun burned on our wedding day. Both Tom and Monica completely respect your privacy while you are there. We only saw them a handful of times and not one time were they intrusive. The hot tub, deck, cabana, hammock and pool are great. A little family of iguanas in the surrounding canopy are great to watch. The breakfast in the morning was perfect for us, something we always looked forward to. Some nice warm muffins, fresh fruit and juice/coffee. Perfect amount of food to start the day out! The only complaint I have is we didn't have more time! We were in Wedding / Honeymoon mode so we did a lot of things and saw a lot of sites. We would love to make a return to St Thomas in the future for an anniversary and Harmony Suite is definitely where we will stay!!

Tom and Monica were so friendly and great to work with. This little cottage was great for our honeymoon stay! The breakfast was a great treat as well. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and for such a great time!

Harmony Suite = An Amazing Vacation

Harmony Suite was more than a wonderful place to stay during our time in St Thomas, it was breath taking! Tom & Monica are great, the fresh fruite & coffee every morning started our day as we enjoyed our breakfast with the most amazing view! We can't say enough about how perfect this trip was - Monica greeted us with a warm welcoming hug and we knew immediately this was the perfect place to enjoy our stay in St Thomas. We can't wait to return!

Pardon me while I exhale...Aaaahhh "Simply Amazing"

The Boyd’s (Tom & Monica) were perfect host! Thank you so much for allowing us to be your guest! The property is breath taking. In one word AMAZING! Our visit to St. Thomas was highlighted by our accommodation and host. The Vistas are gorgeous the amenities are modern and comfortably cozy. I visited with 3 girl friends but would gladly refer a family of four or a couple to book a stay there. I know with all certainty I would never stay in a resort after staying in the Harmony Suite (bungalow). I loved it and would gladly go back! Renting a car and driving ourselves around provided us with a entirely different perspective of the island (Toms awesome directions were very helpful). Also, I visited in November and the weather in St. Thomas was perfectly pleasant not to hot and never cold. The winds picked up in the evening and allowed perfect breezes to flow in through the windows that felt better than central air-conditioning! Book today do not delay (corny but genuinely true) you will not be dissappointed.

A jewel

Our family has stayed at many VRBO and this rental was the first that truly exceeded our wildest dreams. The owners keep the rental immaculate. The pool and your personal hot tub on your private deck are cleaned daily. The view is amazing and location is perfect. It is easy to get to the beaches and the many restaurants on St. Thomas. If you'd rather cook there is a well outfitted kitchen in your suite and a gas grill on your deck. The owners are available for any questions but discreetly out of sight during your stay so you have complete privacy. A great spot for a honeymoon and/or a 25th anniversary (us). We could easily make this spot a yearly tradition!!

Picturesque Honeymoon

What a memorable honeymoon! The views from the suite are simply breathtaking, and it really does feel like we have the whole place to ourselves. Tom and Monica are warm and model hosts. Their thoughtfulness was woven into every part of our stay. From the time Tom met us at the airport to the beautiful photograph he took of us -- not to mention the excellent breakfasts every morning -- we felt very welcome at HarmonySuite. Southern hospitality, island style! The suite is exactly as described and pictured on their website, and it is well-suited for a honeymoon. The private hot tub, the adjustable-firmness bed, and the romantic decor add to the ambience. Everything is kept clean and in great condition, and it has all the comforts of home -- a great stereo system by the pool, and even coolers and chairs to take to the beach. This was our first time to St. Thomas, and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The weather was 85 degrees and sunny all week long, and there are plenty of beaches that aren't overrun by tourists, unlike Hawaii. We hope to be back!
