Don’t bring a lot of socks you don’t need them just flip-flops and a couple pair for the plane. There’s everything you need in the unit bags, beach stuff, etc..

We had an excellent time staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort! This condo has such a great view and is centrally located with easy access to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of room for our family two large bedrooms and enormous bathrooms. It was easy to walk to several dining options and grocery. We rented beach cruisers to get around further afield and there was bike parking available too.

The property was perfect for my family. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the ocean. Check in was easy and parking was plentiful. Lots of included amenities. Would have loved some beach toys for the kids, but they enjoyed the slides at the pool.

We had a wonderful stay in Kapaa. The condo was extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked with helpful extras like K-cups, instant coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and plenty of toilet paper. The hosts also provided two small rolling coolers and four folding beach chairs, which made beach days easy, and beach towels were available to check out daily from the pool area.The A/C and water heater worked great, and the ocean view from this unit is absolutely stunning. Even though the property seemed fairly full, it was very quiet and we didn’t experience any noise issues.We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

This unit is, quite literally, heaven! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with wonderful appliances and well cared for pots and pans. The view is amazing and sleeping with the sound of the tide was so peaceful! The location is amazing, also, with a Safeway and nearby restaurants! Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was as advertised. It was cleanly, comfortable, and well appointed. The location of the unit in the complex was great, especially if you like walking outside and being a few steps from the beach.

Family Vacation

Property was as described, beautiful setting with perfect view of ocean. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in with all necessary equipment. The kids loved the pool and slides. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.
