We did not hear from you during your stay, but would have been happy to help at any time. We do keep extra light bulbs at the house above the refrigerator and could have brought by some extra wine glasses during your stay. Sometimes, they can break and be discarded by a guest. Although we certainly appreciate feedback, we appreciate honest feedback. The home was thoroughly cleaned prior to the check in. Inspection reports and photos submitted, from the report, did not show the condition described and the guest did not contact us during the stay to report anything substandard. We would caution any future guest to not make a choice based on this review. This is a lovely, clean and well kept home that has hosted many happy guests. With beautiful views of the ski slopes and Olympic ski jumps, a cozy fireplace and perfect location for walking to the free shuttle stop, grocery store, dining, shopping and entertainment, this home can't be beat for its affordability and convenience.
