Enjoy this RIVERFRONT retreat with your own private dock and store jet skis on overnight float. You'll be directly across from Big Bend beach so shuttle over for day use or put your chairs & floaties in our river rock area and watch the watercrafts, kayaks and people tubing down river.

This RIVERFRONT rental is in a quiet family neighborhood, perfect for that family reunion. Covered balcony with fans and evening lighting and lower covered patio too. BBQ grill provided so bring your propane for that carne asada. The sunset on the Colorado River with panoramic views are so relaxing. Bring your water chairs, life jackets, & floaties and EZ up for extra shade & don't forget the ice chest.

House and river level have stairs. Main level (king bedroom, den 2 twins & L/R queen sofa sleeper) master bath shower/toilet. Lower-level w/spiral stairs. Has queen bed & queen sofa sleeper with shower/toilet. Separate unit (casita) queen bedroom & living room queen sofa sleeper. Lots of driveway parking (about 5-6 cars) or for boat trailer plus 1 covered carport.

-Full kitchen main house and kitchenette/frig in Casita.
Keurig/crockpot/blender/large menudo pot/pans and all dishes you need for great meals.
-Smart TVs in both living rooms and upper master bedroom & lower level bedroom

-Laundry room with Washer and Dryer located in main house

-Posada Cleaning service assures you will find our river vacation home clean and stocked

-Maximum # guest is 14. We have sleeping for10 in the house and 4 in the casita.

-Colorado River host many animals. Racoons, skunks, beavers, and the annoying seasonal caddisfly. We can't control them as we are in their natural environment.
