Edgewater Beach Resort er Panama City Beachs bedste resort med fuld service / fuld rekreation.
Du har adgang til feriestedets private golfbane, tennisbaner, fitnesscenter, lagune-pool og Ocean Front Restaurant og i alt 10 puljer og et boblebad. Alle faciliteter er tilgængelige for vores gæst! Det finder du ikke på et hotel eller højst condos.

Vores ejerlejlighed ligger på golf- / tennisområdet med kun en kort gåtur (eller tag den gratis shuttle) til restauranten Lagoon Pool, Beach og Oceanfront! Indgangen til hovedporten er bemandet 24/7. Grundene og golfbanen er smukt anlagt og pletfri vedligeholdt.

Sameiet er en stor enhed i 2. sal (1245 kvadratmeter). Ft.). Spejlevægge i stuen får den til at se endnu mere rummelig ud. Du finder den nye maling, det nye tæppe og indretningen meget indbydende, og vi håber, at du vil føle dig meget hjemme

Stuen og Master Suite har udsigt over en smuk sø med springvand og er udstyret med fisk og skildpadder.
Det andet soveværelse har udsigt over Tennisbane / Shuffleboard / Basketball-området. Balkonen er et fantastisk sted at holde øje med børnene, mens de leger.

Master-suiten har et walk-in-closet, stor forfængelighed, et separat badområde med et havebadekar. Store sengetøj, deluxe håndklæder og to hårtørrer er inkluderet. Kabel m / HBO, tre nye vægmonterede fladskærms-tv med nye DVD-afspillere, kodet indgangssystem, to balkoner, en strandrestaurant og 10 puljer gør dette ferielejlighed til at leve en luksus. Og parkering er lige uden for din dør.

Great stay!

We came down for an event at Edgewater/vacation. The condo is perfectly located, both right next to the event center and the bridge to the beach area, and close to several pools!

Perfect stay

Great place in Panama City Beach. Comfortable and conveniently close to everything. Communication with owner was a breeze, which made things even easier. Loved it and would stay there again.

The condo was extremely comfortable for our family to relax in between our outings to the beach, games of pickleball, and participation in the event we came to Florida for. One of the best stocked kitchens I've been in when traveling and plenty of seating for everyone staying with us.

Amazing Family Time

We have stayed at Edgewater several times over the years! This owner is by far the best we have ever had. He was very thorough from booking throughout our stay. The condo is superb, and family oriented. I hope to book with him year after year.❤️

Great Location

We loved the perfect location of this condo in the villas. It was steps away from the convention center and a very short walk to the beach and pool. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. Michael was very easy to communicate with and very prompt with his responses. We will be back!

Golf Villa

Unit was perfect for our family. Spacious bedrooms, both with balconies on separate ends of villa Kitchen supplied all our needs for cooking and such. Great location next to clubhouse for gym access and to walk across to beach. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Thanks Micheal!

Great Retreat!

It was secluded & quiet. Found a pool a short distance from the condo that we pretty much had to ourselves. It was crowded & very hot but we had a nice time

Convenient location!

This condo is located very near the convention center at Edgewater Resort; we were there for a dance convention and were very glad to be in this location, where we could run back to the condo to grab something at a moment’s notice. It was very quiet—no noise from the street, since it’s tucked away, nor from the pool or even the convention center (although it’s steps away). And yet the walk from the front door to the main lagoon pool (in front of the beach) is truly only 5 minutes, and there’s often a golf cart circulating if you want a ride. It’s also just a moment away from a development across the street that has a number of good restaurants, an ice cream shop, etc. We stayed there for a solid week and we could have avoided getting in our car if we’d needed to.

Nice place, 10 minute walk to beach

Tucked away in a nice community of townhouses, this place was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The tram golf cart ride was also available and a bonus when we didn't want to walk. The kitchen has seen some upgrades and the carpet felt new. We ate in for several meals and found most of the supplies we needed. There was a closet with beach chairs and boards available, but we brought our own. The couches should probably be next on the upgrade list. We ventured to all of the pools for fun and loved the availability to enjoy the largest pool closest to the beach to cool off- amazing! Thanks for a great time!

Great place for a vacation stay!

This was our 10th year at Edgewater, second year staying in this condo and working with Michael and both times have been great! My husband and kids (ages 10, 9 and 5) love the coziness and set up of the place. It is better in person, rather than the pictures. It is one of the few condos at Edgewater we've stayed in that has carpeting which makes it more comfortable. It is a quick walk to the bridge that gets you to the beach and hot tub/splashpad/large pool area and there is a smaller pool right across from the parking lot of the condo. The condo is very clean and it's nice that there are beach chairs, buckets, floats in the closet to use...less things to pack into our car! Michael is very, very easy to work with and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. This is a second floor condo, which I didn't realize the first time we booked it. So you do have to carry everything up and down the stairs, but it's really not bad. We will definitely be staying here again!

A great stay at 3008!

I was looking to book a family vacation pretty last minute and stumbled onto this property, and I’m so glad I did! After reading so many good reviews, I booked right away and it didn’t disappoint! This condo was so comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the week (pots, pans, pool stuff, box fans, and beach chairs). Not to mention the AC was so cool after a long day on the beach! It was heavenly! The bedrooms and living room had soft carpet which we loved! It was so nice to not have random sand sticking to your feet while getting into bed or relaxing on the couch, and it made it feel more homey! The bedrooms were spacious, had smart tvs, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms also had their own balconies and everything was decorated so pretty as well. We enjoyed sitting out there in the morning with our coffee watching the ducks and turtles in the pond. This place is gated and across the street from the condo and beach with access to all the amenities. We enjoyed the big beachside pool and the little more private pools close to our rooms. They also have tennis courts, a restaurant and beach store on the property. The private walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and a tram is available, which was so helpful on the super hot days! Communication with Michael was fantastic. He was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the week! I can’t recommend this property enough! We will definitely be back!

Vacation for Dance Nationals

We enjoyed our stay and Michael was great to work with. I would say that the description and pictures were accurate but the condo itself was bigger than I thought. Everything was clean but definitely a bit outdated which was fine, would just suggest maybe updating the bathrooms soon. Loved that my kids had their own room and bathroom but for some reason the 2nd room always stayed a bit warm/humid but there were multiple fans in the master closet so we put a couple in there. We actually used another fan in the master bedroom as white noise since the frogs are quite vocal at night. We loved having coffee/breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pond that had numerous turtles that were so fun to watch. We were there in late June for dance nationals and while a lot of other families chose the towers to stay in we wanted to be close to the conference center and we were. The condo is located directly next to the conference center which was so convenient to be just steps away. And the towers where the lagoon pool and beach/ocean are were literally just about a 5 minute walk across the bridge. There are golf cart shuttles that you could ride across which we only did once because it really was just a short walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if we head back to PCB for nationals would definitely book with Michael again.

A great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was super friendly and always replied quickly. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and I actually slept better there than I do at home. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking.

Great Villa For A Beach Vacation

We've been staying in Edgewater villas almost every year since our first time in 1988. This unit was very clean and we loved our stay. The only problem was the thermostat decided to die while we were there, but these things happen. The owner was quick to respond and our stay was wonderful. We will be back.

Perfect for a family vacation

The condo and resort are spectacular. We spent a decent amount of time in the condo because of rain, my family felt at home in the condo. The resort is fantastic, the multiple pools and being on the beach are awesome. Michael was amazing to do business with, he answered all my many questions promptly. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was clean and very comfortable. Our family fell asleep quickly in these beds (we said it was like sleeping on clouds). Other family members stayed across the street in the towers, so we were close to them, too. Close to everything. Restaurants were very busy, as I’m guessing this is peak season, so expect long waits for dinner if you go after 3:00. If planning to stay for a week or longer, definitely make a grocery trip. Walmart and Publix are close.

Quiet and comfortable

I would definitely stay here again! The beds were so comfortable I found myself sleeping in on vacation. The condo had everything we needed. Only thing missing were knives. That was lacking. Other than that the place was great

Getting around the property is made easy by the Resort extended golf cart shuttles that transport guests to and from the Beach and other areas.

There is always something new in Panama City Beach - New sites, new shopping area, new restaurants. These compliment the established businesses with an endless choice of activities.
