Ah yes why would I do that to you? There is four units on the property and I wanted to make sure was at the right place. Mind you each unit has a full acre to each of them. The door was a little sticky and you guys was able to lightly push on it to get it open. No kicking needed. I know as I was on the phone with your guy to make sure you got in okay. I guess if you consider that "Forcing" then thats your personal problem. Also you wanted extra blankets and I suggested taking the extra blankets off the other bed you was not using. "stealing" is what you call that I guess for you it would have been better to wait 45 min while I hand deliver extras. We dont have extras on site as they are often actually stolen by guests. Pictures of the listing shows the beds are in the loft. So for those of you reading this remeber both beds are upstairs. Concidering you and your spouse was styaing there only there seemed to be plenty of privacy. I am sorry the shower (pictured in the listing) was not to your liking. I am six foot and 350lbs and I fit in there. Really sorry to hear about your heater experience that you chose to not tell me about. When you set the temp thats all that has to be done. I never once thought that required written instructions. I am pretty easy going and easy to get a hold of if there is any problems. Its your BIG problem since you didnt mention it to me while you was there. SO nothing I can do about it. The stairs was noisy, I look into that I am wondering if it is a simple repair that could have been delt with while you was out and about. The place is not listed as ADA friendly due to it having stairs. And since you want to NOT speak to a host I would suggest staying in a hotel but that wouldnt work either as you will have to speak to the front desk for the very things you complained about. So I guess no winning there. I don't want any guest staying in my places that doesn't have the adult level to simply tell me about problems. See when you tell a host about an issue then it becomes the hosts problem. If they ignore it or do nothing then they deserve this type of review. I simply did not deserve this. SO for those of you reading this, Tell your hosts if there is a problem. Saying nothing then cry in the review is stabbing the host in the back. Basically taking your life frustrations out on someone who doesnt even know you. I was nothing but positive and pleasent with those people.
