The Space:

Inside, the home is bright and polished with white oak floors, clean lines, custom finishes, and an effortless indoor/outdoor flow. The open living area features a cozy fireplace, flatscreen TV, and oversized sliding glass doors that open fully to the backyard — perfect for entertaining or simply soaking in the California air.

The chef's kitchen impresses with stainless appliances, a large stone waterfall island with bar seating for 4, and an off-kitchen breakfast nook. Whether it's a casual morning coffee or a dinner party, this kitchen delivers.

The primary suite is a true retreat: king bed, spa-like en-suite with dual sinks, glass shower, soaking tub, and private balcony access with a hammock and sunset views. Two additional bedrooms (queen + king trundle) and a dedicated upstairs workspace round out the interior.

The backyard is the showstopper — a sparkling spa with waterfall feature, modern fire pit with lounge seating, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen make this your private resort. Out front, a second fire pit sits among tropical landscaping. Two outdoor showers let you rinse off after the beach.

When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
