It was great, we loved the beach access out of the backyard gate. We woke up every morning to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. Comfortable and clean space.

Nicely remodeled with lots of outside seating. Comfy beds. Super close to beach and the lift bridge, it was great!

Relaxing stay!

This is a nice property and a great location. Close to Canal Park and other tourist attractions. We appreciated having space to park two vehicles also.

Lovely north shore getaway!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy the beach and be close to canal park, restaurants, and off to hike around as well. The beds were comfortable and the access to the beach was so lovely, thank you!

Perfect rental for family with dogs

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great because it is close to all the restaurant and tourist landmark. We loved the fenced backyard for our dogs :) also, the private path to the beach is a fantastic perk! Our kiddos love running to the beach every morning without worrying about traffic. We love to go back to this property if we visit Duluth again!

Beautiful beach! Cute, clean house. Loved the use of kayaks/paddlebords. A little close to the street, but the street noise wasn’t too bad.

Beautiful location

My partner and I got married in Duluth yesterday and were so blessed to stay at the North Coast Cottage. The beach access was exactly what we wanted and the property was located right between our ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend staying there!

New Year’s Eve

We had a great experience! It was convenient to restaurants and activities. Loved being able to walk to the beach/lake. We would definitely stay here again.

North Coast Cottage

We stayed here to be close to the hosital for support of a family member. It was perfect and i was able to tKe a great walk to the hospital every day through a great shopping area, pick up a cinnamon bun at Social Club!

Beautiful Location

We rented the house for a weekend in Duluth, and when I say that this house was in the most beautiful location, you could see water views from the upstairs bedroom and it was in a great location to all of the activities that we were doing while there I would definitely use this rental again when Duluth

We really enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We selected this property because it was pet-friendly. The only complaint we had was that the house did have a somewhat foul animal smell. Luckily the weather was nice so we just opened the windows and that helped tremendously !

Lucky us got a weekend where it didn’t get above zero for our whole Duluth stay. We noticed that it was quite cold in the dining area because there is no heat source in there and with the extreme cold, the heat from the adjoining areas wasn’t enough. I reached out to Heirloom and they promptly got us a space heater so we were able to snuggle in and enjoy playing games in there all weekend.
