Thanksgiving trip

Loved our stay. The home had everything we needed and looks as shown in the pictures. The host responded immediately when contacted. Only negative experience was the slow internet on movie nights.

The house was very nice however it is in the middle of 100 other houses but not a huge deal. The listing is accurate for accommodation however there are very few items from the kitchen, the PS5 had no hdmi, we had to fix the pool table and buy a chord which we left for the next guest and the first home we have ever stayed in without even salt and pepper. The reason for 1 star is also we mistakenly left a few items and were given the runaround and turns out the cleaners just outright stole them. I wouldn’t recommend.

We take any concerns regarding guest belongings extremely seriously and would never condone or expect anything less than professionalism from our third-party vendors. We also encourage guests to contact us directly so we can properly investigate any missing-item concerns through the appropriate channels. Regarding the kitchen supplies and entertainment setup, we do provide starter essentials and list included items in the pre-arrival information so guests can plan accordingly. That said, we understand how important it is for everything to be fully functional upon arrival, and we will review your comments with our team to ensure all listed amenities are consistently checked and ready for use. To our future guests: The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between stays, and our team is available throughout each reservation to assist with any concerns or maintenance needs that arise. We also provide a detailed list of included amenities prior to arrival so guests can plan comfortably and reach out during their stay if anything needs attention so it can be addressed promptly.

Nice Place to Stay

The place fit our group well and we enjoyed it.Plus Items 1 - Nice pool for the kids 2 - Matthew was excellent with communication replies 3 - Boxes with soap related products were a nice touch 4 - Number of bathrooms/showers was very goodIssues 1 - 4 pool sticks, none had tips so you couldn't use them, one stick was broken and had been taped back together 2 - ice maker did not seem to make much ice 3 - there are 3 porches (main level and the two below) the second level porch which had two bedrooms had nothing on the porch to sit on or do anything 4 - The kitchen/dining room table is not very practical. The table shape affects sitting and eating. and the bench is not helpful. 5 - The Bathroom floor in the Main Floor Bedroom was sticky when we got there (had to wipe it down) 6 - Not sure if this a new VRBO thing or a LUXE thing We asked if we got there a little early and it was ready, if we could check in. We were told it would be a 40 fee to check in early. That has never happened before.
