Great vacation property....enjoyed our week there. Had everything we needed and the location was great. Spent most of our time on the upstairs outside patio....gave us a great view of the water.

House was exactly as advertised. It has all required amenities to enjoy your stay. The mattresses gave us great nights sleep. Host communication was awesome. Check in and out was simple. The outdoor porches were absolutely fantastic. Mornings and evenings were spent sitting, talking, and enjoying the view and breeze. Located on a dead end street, there was zero traffic. A bedroom downstairs or even a sleeper sofa would make this house almost perfect. I realize this is a pet friendly home, but the master bedroom mattress had lots of black dog hair on it that we had to clean up before sleeping. That was the only negative I had. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Key Colony Stay

We spent 7 days in the home. The house was beautiful. Loved being on the canal. The upstairs patio was great for relaxing, and it offers 2 Ceiling fans to move air. The breeze off the canal is heavenly. The street was quiet and relaxing. The house was well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The down stairs offers a nice place to relax and if you had children a good place for them to get away! The house offers two fully furnace kitchens. You could use the down stairs kitchen to entertain and the produced grill is just outside the door. One thing to note is that the only bedrooms are upstairs and it is not wheelchair accessible. This was not an issue for us but may be for another family.

The property was very clean. We appreciate being able to take our dogs with us. But, having to pick up and drop off keys rather than access via a keypad wasn't very convenient. Parking was difficult with one car, I can't imagine trying to park 2. There isn't a ladder to get into the water. We had a boat, so we used it to access it, otherwise it would have been very difficult. We were disappointed in the canal. The home was further away from open water than we thought. The canal was therefore murky and very few fish. We typically fish a lot from the properties we rent and love to watch the water to see various fish, mandate, etc. This property was not the ideal property for those activities.

The bedrooms are nice and they all have there own bathrooms attached. Each side of the house has 2 bedrooms so you can definitely have 2 families staying there. The property management team was really responsive and professional. I will definitely rent from them again as well as rent the Bermuda property.
