There is a public bus stop at the entrance of the Montelaguna property for those who do not wish to use a car or walk. The private property is shared with the Montelaguna Boutique Hotel, which has its own pool and bar and offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Condo Marimba is a top floor, two-bedroom apartment with an accessible elevator and features: air conditioning, ceiling fans, two bathrooms, satellite TV, WiFi internet, dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dining and living room areas, and an oversized balcony with pristine natural views. The main bedroom has an ensuite (attached) bathroom and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. The second bedroom has one double bed, one twin bed and its own bathroom. Each bedroom has a large dresser, side tables, a wall mounted television, and expansive views. The laundry area includes a new washer and dryer, a safe for valuables, and additional storage.

Rentals include full use of the property including a dedicated covered parking space, access to a swimming pool, children's play area, common area with rancho, tropical gardens.
