You'll have exclusive access to the entire property throughout your stay.

This includes all three private villas, the swimming pool, tropical gardens, outdoor dining areas, terraces, barbecue area, and all common spaces. Nothing is shared with other guests, so you can enjoy complete privacy with your family and friends.

General information

• Tap water in Tulum is not suitable for drinking or cooking. Don't worry—we provide purified drinking water throughout your stay, so you'll always have fresh water available.

• Tulum enjoys warm weather most of the year. To help keep the villas cool and ensure the air conditioning works efficiently, we kindly ask that doors and windows remain closed whenever the AC is running.

• If you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, bachelorette trip, family reunion, or any other special occasion, we'd be happy to help arrange extra services to make your stay even more memorable. Just let us know before your arrival.
