Minutes from Lake Ouachita (Wash-ah-Tah). One of the cleanest lakes in the country. You will love the convenience of being so close to the lake, pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, outdoor workout circuit, swimming area and Turtle Cove Spa. Rent a boat or bring your own boat or ATV, no ATV rental on the mountain. We have legal trails to ride your ATV in the national forest. Or, check out LakeOuachitaVistaTrail.org. You can hike in the heart of the Ouachita National Forest. Just 30 minutes from Hot Springs. Go Carts, Laser Tag, Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, Horse Racing, Restaurants galore and of course, Historical Downtown with all the illegal gambling and Gangster days of yesteryear. If this wasn't enough you can dig for crystals in the Crystal Capital of the World. So much to do in our area.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. Sami was amazing and easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

Week leading up to 7/4/25

My friend & I accomplished what we came for which was 4 days of relaxation! My first time in this condo & I hope it won't be the last. It was a great location with very few steps off the parking lot. Even down to the placement of the furniture for TV/movie viewing with the delicious snacks! Great time!

One of the Best

Everything about this property was exactly as advertised and in many cases better . Kitchen in particular is so thoughtfully and well stocked . Beds are very comfortable with wonderful linens . Towels are plush & plentiful . Back deck is a meditative dream . Looks out into a calm forest . Heard only wind in the trees and birds (well a little Pickleball on the nearby court but not at all unpleasant. )Sami is the consummate host . Stay here and be happy

The BEST Birthday Weekend

I LOVE Mountain Harbor, but haven't been here for years. I took my husband here for a surprise destination birthday weekend. It was perfect! The condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Sami was so helpful and responsive. She went above and beyond any expectations I had for a property host! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. <3

Fantastic Family Vacation

This was a great location. Next to the lake, close to mines and still just a short drive to Hot Springs to enjoying the activities there. Condo had absolutely everything needed to make it feel like a home. My husband loved the choice to grill on either charcoal or gas. A somewhat remote and quiet area but delivery from Instacart was available. We loved the deer that visited every morning. Fantastic vacation for the adults and late teens alike. Thanks Sami Grace for being a wonderful host! Thanks also for the yummy treats you had waiting for us!

Definitely a cozy and peaceful cabin nestled in the trees!

My husband and I found tranquility and homey-ness with in the trees of Lake Ouachita. Our stay in the cabin/condo was totally delightful and lovely. We had truly the most gracious host Sami who communicated easily with us prior to our arrival…we were welcomed into the home with signs that our stay was warmly intentionally planned… there were delicious treats prepared by our host….a basket of all sorts of treats and items that made us feel greeted as royalty! The cabin itself was clean and filled with the necessary essentials needed for our stay. It was quiet, serene, relaxing…just perfect for us! As a side note and I say this to prove the gracious sincerity of our hosts…we did have a couple minor issues with the door and the WiFi but Sami and Joe were immediately there to assist and solve both! We felt like genuine and heartfelt southern hospitality offered here!! A resounding YES… we would absolutely stay here again!!

Mt Harbor Resort was my home away from home for decades. I moved to my lake place in 2000 and haven't looked back. Come experience this pristine water, air and forest. Bring boats & buggies (ATV's) to start making your memories.
I live a mile away. I will gladly take you on a lake tour if you buy the gas and time permits. I love showing our guests the lake and how easy it is to maneuver once you get your bearings. It is almost 50,000 acres with 1000 miles of shoreline (water level predicts area) along with 200 islands. It is a blast to rent a boat if you don't bring your own and pull up on an island to spend the day. Sami can suggest the locals favorite islands. And, loan you some camping chairs.

There are 188 condos in Harbor East. Few are rentals. Out of the 1000 miles of shoreline on Lake Ouachita these condos are the only privately developed homes. There are no private homes or private docks on our lake. Boats are kept in resorts that have docks and marinas. Lake Ouachita is very special because of this. Our water is clean and we have over 200 islands to pull up on and spend the day. Come join us. We love hosting folks that get to know our lake as we do.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish condo. It is very close to the pool, spa, lake and pickle ball courts. Bring your boat or ATV....or both. Fabulous boats to rent from our marina. We offer gas and charcoal grills for your preference.
Our condo is in Phase I at Harbor East in Mt Harbor Resort. It is 1128 sf of luxury living. It offers everything you will need for your vacation. If we don't have it in the condo just text or call Sami and she will delivery what ever it is you need. There is a free washer and dryer in this unit. Also, our Cozy Pines condo has 2 free parking places
