Babcock National Golf Gated Community. We have thought of everything so you don't have to. Stocked with premium items above and beyond anything you could imagine needing so you can make the most of your time here!
Your private lanai overlooks the 10th fairway of Babcock National's Championship 18-Hole Golf Course and has an expansive view of Lake Babcock with Founder's Square and Innovation Tower in the distance. The most coveted views are the breathtaking sunsets from your lanai.
Professionally decorated and fully furnished with lots of extras. Just unpack and reserve your first round of golf!
This condo offers endless luxury amenities. This is truly a golfer's dream or work from home getaway. For those who also love the beach, there are beautiful beaches 35 minutes away. For your convenience we have provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach umbrella, large cooler, beach buggy and luxurious beach towels.
The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a state of the art fitness center, aerobics room with scheduled classes, resort style pool, lap pool, two satellite pools, along with a sauna and day, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and soon to be completed clubhouse with formal restaurant and gathering spaces.
Your golf membership includes the 18 hole Gorden Lewis designed golf course.
The Watershed Grill offers a relaxing time after a day of golf, pools, beach or some fun and sun.
You also have access to Babcock Ranch amenities which include pools, grills, gas fireplaces, tennis, bocce, pickle ball, basketball, walking trails and open field areas. Cypress Lodge and Lake Timber Lodge offer resort style pools, full kitchen, and you can even reserve a cabana with a full size gas grill to BBQ with friends. We have provided a set of regulation bocce balls and Selkirk Latitude Pickleball set for you to enjoy.
Downtown Babcock Ranch offers endless entertainment and activities including music, food trucks, farmers' market and other special events along with a coffee shop, neighborhood market, ice cream shop, security office, walking trails, and many small businesses. If you need a place to work while away the Hatchery is a great option.
We have a property liaison and also reside in Babcock National. We are just a text/phone call away to quickly address any of your needs to ensure a 5 star experience!
Babcock National is a golf resort gated community located within Babcock Ranch.
Our monthly rate for peak season which is November through April includes transfer golf membership fee, rental transfer fee, two amenity cards for Babcock National facilities and one vehicle transponder to enter and exit Babcock National gated community. We have an owners’ closet that occupies one of the two walk in closets in primary suite.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT.
SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED WITHIN OUR UNIT, LANAI OR ANY SURROUNDING AREA.
ALL BABCOCK NATIONAL CONDOS HAVE RING DOORBELLS. OUR RING DOORBELL IS LOCATED AT THE DOOR ENTRANCE ONLY.
