Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire carriage house, comfortably located above the garage's right side. A keypad facilitated private entrance ensures navigation ease and privacy. While the driveway and garage are off-limits, we assure plenty of free street parking in front of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the historic Cottage Home neighborhood. This neighborhood is centrally located and only minutes from everything. With a farmers market and local shops right across the street and the newer Bottleworks district located a block away and a quick walk to Mass Ave featuring restaurants and shopping!

Short drive, walk or bike ride to everything. Ride share apps also pick up in minutes!

All of your information is securely handled and deleted upon checkout. You will have the option to pay a refundable security deposit or non refundable waiver.



This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
