Welcome to Blue Martini, a bright and inviting two-level beach home just steps from the Gulf. Vaulted ceilings, tropical backyard views, and an open living area create a relaxing coastal retreat. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and island seating—perfect for meals and entertaining.

Three comfortable bedrooms each include an ensuite bathroom, and the primary suite features a private balcony and walk-in shower. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides flexible accommodations.
Outside, enjoy your own private oasis with a heated pool, swim-up tiki table, loungers, and a gas grill for fresh island meals. Multiple dining areas—indoors and out—let you take advantage of the island breeze all day long.

Manatee County Beach is minutes away, along with great restaurants, shops, and access to the free island trolley. Enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, tours, golf, boat charters, and all that Anna Maria Island has to offer.

Some aspects of the house were great, lots of beach and outdoor equipment and lovely pool. The house is decorated nicely and the beds are comfy, there is also plenty of space. The inside of the property wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Some areas were dusty and the floors weren't entirely clean. The biggest problem was the noise and the brightness of the bedrooms. The windows have wooden blinds which do not keep out the light in the mornings at all. One of the arch windows above the french doors in the master bedroom has no blind at all, this means that from 6.30/7am the room will be pretty much full daylight. The noise from the road is very very loud and affects all three bedrooms. It is a main road and the traffic is heavy from 7.30 am through until 10/11pm at night.

Great pool

The home is fantastic. Loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite. The pool is amazing, lovely foliage all around and evening lighting made it feel very resortlike. The only issue is that its right on the corner of the main road. We have never been to AMI and were surprised how busy the traffic was. It was loud. If you can overlook the road noise, the home was perfect. Literally a block to the most beautiful beach. A few miles to the downtown, my teenagers rented bicycles because it was annoying to bring them to Pine St with the traffic and then go back. The stores close at 5 pm, so if you have teens looking to walk around, this is a problem. Overall, a lovely home if you’re planning to hang at the pool and go to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were not the best, we purchased several and left them there as we were unable to bring them home. Im sure they will be appreciated, however we weren’t anticipating purchasing them. The rental company was very responsive to our concerns. Overall, a lovely home.

Great stay

House is beautiful, pool area comfortable, great location. Would recommend this house. One little issue was the couch needs updated, very uncomfortably. Minor to us, if it wouldn’t have rained, we wouldn’t have even used the couch. Will stay here again!

Blue Martini Holmes Beach

The house was lovely and the backyard pool was a perfect getaway. Location was amazing; only a block from the beach and only a few blocks from the public beach which had food and entertainment. House was right over the causeway so you did not have to travel far once on the key which has a good amount of traffic. Close to many restaurants and shops, including grocery store for essentials. We had an amazing week!
