Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms on main floor - Bedroom #1 - King bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, walk in shower, double sinks w/smart tv in the middle, soak tub and private doors leading to outdoor living area. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, work desk, ADA compliant walk-in shower and a private door leading to a private outdoor seating space. in addition the Main floor includes a office/work area plus full size washer and dryer. 

The private second floor can be accessed through a locked staircase door and offers a game room with a smart TV, gaming device, board games, poker/game table, and a kitchenette bar w/small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - bedroom #3 - Queen size bed, smart tv, private door leading to private seating area, private bathroom, shared shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 - "the bunk room" 7 twin sized beds (one is a fold out) each bunk includes a reading light w/usb charging port, smart tv plus a small desk. Both upper and lower patios are equipped with large smart tv's that have the ability to watch most sporting games through FUBO. 

The exterior is equally impressive with ample parking (easy trailer parking on the bottom landings, seamless parking for at least 10 vehicles) and a private hot/cold tub.

Guests will also have access to Lake access (includes Cody Parks boat launch that is open when the Lake is down. Check their website), indoor fishing well, marina/park, beach areas (the water is down but its still nice, deep and cool!), BAR K Park and tennis courts, basketball court and sparkling pool! Located within minutes from a food truck park, locally owned eateries and bars, 7 days a week live music and great food w/an indoor/outdoor atmosphere + game room at The Lucky Rabbit (10 minute drive).
