Situated in the heart of Dunedin, this amazing property is an absolute treasure. The spacious front porch was the best meeting/gathering place for friends and family. Plenty of bedrooms, super comfy beds and linens, more than adequate (& quiet) air conditioning and newly renovated modern bathrooms. Hosts are exceptional- they thought of all the amenities: toothbrushes, toothpaste, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and a well stocked espresso bar! If I could give more than 5 stars i would- the BEST family vacation. Cannot wait to go back!

Great Kitchen and Publix is a 5 minute drive so if you're planning to cook you will be delighted! Lots of seating, six chairs around a large table and barstools at the counter. A coffee station with everything from a grinder to two coffee machines. Lots of cups. Very convenient to a super walkable downtown.

We had an awesome time in Dunedin. The house was beautiful, location was great, and the hosts were very attentive. Great outdoor furniture on front porch and back patio. As well as beach chairs and towels for our day at Honeymoon Island. The coffee bar was a big hit and the list of things to do (restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc) from our host was so helpful. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely well-appointed — honestly one of the most well-stocked VRBOs we’ve ever visited. And the hosts were super responsive to all of our needs. There was plenty of bedroom space for our group, and while the indoor living area was somewhat limited, the outdoor spaces more than made up for it. Overall, a great place to stay!

Over all the entire experience was outstanding! The house is in the best location, hands down! We have stayed in Dunedin on 2 other occasions. Once in the hotel and once in a bed and breakfast. In my opinion this house was better than both of our previous trips.

Great stay and amazing location!
We had an amazing stay in Dunedin! The property was beautiful, clean, and well kept and the hosts had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location here either. We had a short ride to Honeymoon Island and could walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay and having a front porch to enjoy the outdoor weather was perfect. We also appreciated the owners providing beach chairs and towels. They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. .

Beautiful well kept home
Perfect home for our Labor Day weekend. The home is well kept and centrally located to everything downtown. The owner was very responsive and provided great recommendations for local hot spots.

Wonderful experience!
Start to finish the experience was a dream! The house is beautiful and functional. The location was perfect… we only got in the vehicle to venture to Clearwater Beach! We will definitely be back!

Best Beach Town in Florida
House was perfect ! We had everything we needed! Great walking location for restaurants shopping & bike trail. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Owner was SO thoughtful ! I would definitely rent this home again! 10 out 10 review !!

When you arrive ; it’s perfect ; clean , spacious , we slept 2 medium sized children and 5 tall adults with no issue. Everything was convenient ; and more things were provided than expected, expresso; extra coffee ; drinks ; sugar all the dishes ; I could go on and on but you don’t need anything when you arrive except what you may want fresh at a store which is a 5 min walk. Restaurants are numerous within 5 min walk; even a couple small dancing clubs nearby. Social locations everywhere. 15 min to any beach area in Clearwater but at the end of the day when you want just enough fun but not to many people, this house is perfect. In case of an emergency ; the hospital is a block away. The Host John and his spouse were simply amazing. They answer your messages promptly on even the simplest of requests. Want to do laundry , not a problem they have two upgraded washers and dryers. Everyone had their own bathroom and showers. Beach towels house towels toothbrushes mouthwash , the list goes on, hands down best rental I have ever rented. Want an amazing pastry and specialty brewed coffee early in the morning , directly across the street. The marina and water is 3 blocks away and countless little attractions along the way. 11 out of 10 rating, and didn’t break the bank, in fact we got way more than expected. Can’t wait to be back.

Fantastic location in lovely home
Seven adults fit comfortably in this immaculate 4 bedroom 3 bath home right in the middle of Dunedin. We walked to delicious dinners, hung out for hours on the front porch and evening on the back patio. Generous hosts provided wine, coffee and quick communication. A real gem!

Fantastic Stay, Great Location and Awesome House for Large Families
We were traveling through and stayed for NYE in Dunedin with our family of 6. House was fantastically located in downtown Dunedin and we could easily walk to all restaurants, live music, etc.... The front porch is as lovely as it looks to have morning coffee. We took our crew out to Honeymoon Island both days and it was minutes away. As a large family we sometimes struggle to find locations and this home was perfect, 3 showers and plenty of bed space to let the kids rest from playing hard. If in the area again would definitely stay here again!

What a Wonderful Experience!
The location is superb. The house is so cute and well appointed. We were there for a wedding with our adult children. Everyone had a wonderful time. So many restaurants, shops, etc in walking distance. The kids went out every night to a different place and they had a ball. We loved our evening walks through the charming neighborhood. John was a wonderful host and so helpful! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Perfect!!
My husband and I and our 4 adult children rented this house for a few days around Christmas. Perfect location and house/bedroom set up was perfect for our larger family. Loved the extra touches of coffee, toiletries and plenty of towels. All beds super comfortable. Property extremely clean upon check in. Walking distance to everything. 10/10 recommend!!

Cozy and cute and sooo convenient!
A group of seven college friends stayed in this fun bungalow this week. We couldn't have asked for a better location for accessing Dunedin. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The house is very cute and extremely well-equipped down to plenty of coffee varieties and machines, all the several washers and dryers (which we didn't need to use but appreciated that they were there) and many TV's (that we didn't even turn on because Dunedin was too fun). We enjoyed the charming front porch and enclosed patio at the back of the house. John, the property manager, was super accommodating and quick to respond to our several questions. We highly recommend this cozy spot!!!

Fantastic!
The owner thought of every detail. House was in the perfect location, very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials. John the owner responds very quickly and is a fantastic host. Six females shared this rental and we all love coffee and the coffee bar was amazing. I think each of us had 2-3 coffees or espressos each day even though there was a great coffee shop across the street we didnt need to go there. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to make some meals at the house. It was a great experience.
