We have stayed at this property another time and were thrilled with both visits. The owners think of everything you might need and keep the property welcoming and spotless. Super nice owners and easy to communicate with. We visit KC frequently to see family and will certainly return!

Beautiful property, fantastic location, and the best hosts! Our family was so comfortable and we can’t wait to rent this property again when we come back to visit next year. We enjoyed the backyard & comfortable indoor spaces, as well. The hosts had a great binder of local places within walking distance. We loved that the kitchen cabinets and drawers were full of all of the essentials and had labels. Beds were comfy. Perfect property for a LS trip!

The hosts and home were amazing. The home has a lot of character, cute decor and is clean/well stocked, In addition, the hosts were very responsive, accommodating, and you could tell they take a lot of pride in insuring their guests feel at home with a little something extra to make the visit special. My LO loved the putting green, and I enjoyed the plaque explaining the history of the home and area.Highly recommend!

This is such a fun rental! Plenty of space for our family of 6 which included 3 teenage girls. The girls enjoyed the backyard and it was the perfect hangout place for them! The downtown area was an easy walk and had some great restaurants. Will definitely book again if we’re back in the area!

We had a fantastic time staying at Tyler’s property in Kansas City! The home was incredibly spacious with plenty of seating for everyone to relax comfortably.Tyler really thought of everything to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Families with kids and pets will love it here—there were thoughtful pet amenities, toys to keep the little ones entertained, and a pack 'n play ready to go.The outdoor spaces were awesome. There was a front porch, an outdoor deck (great table and chair setup!), a golf green, a breezeway and a large shade tree. Having a garage for the kids to run rampant in and get out some energy was so nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, spices, cookware, bags, and everything else we could possibly need to cook and feel right at home.Thank you, Tyler, for hosting such a wonderful stay! We would love to come back again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting KC!

The home is very nice, outdoor setup and games were just perfect for our Memorial Day weekend getaway with our adult children and our dog. The just has very thoughtfully supplied dog bowls, towels (for wiping feet when coming in from the backyard), dog beds, etc. The proximity to downtown Lee’s Summit was perfect. We walked over for coffee each morning, Friday night art/music, dinner one night, cocktails one night and a lovely Saturday morning Farmer’s Market. We hung out on the front porch, on the back deck, in the back yard, and around the dining room table as we played games and visited as a family. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a staycation Bachelorette party! Although it was all adults, this house would be great for a family! The space is cute. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed! Everything around the house was labeled which was very nice, especially in the kitchen, so you didn’t have to look through all cabinets or drawers for what you were looking for. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Delightful

This house is beyond charming. The huge trees in the neighborhood are so relaxing to sit and watch sway in the breeze. We walked to downtown Lee’s Summit and the best coffee shops and boutiques are there in walking distance. The kids loved the huge backyard and all the activities to do. The beds were large and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lee’s Summit!
