We appreciate you sharing your feedback and are sorry that several issues affected your stay. We understand how frustrating it was to deal with repeated refrigerator repairs, the upstairs AC issue, and concerns with the washer, dishwasher, and other household items. We also recognize the inconvenience of having to purchase a cooler and losing food during the refrigerator issue. These are not the conditions we want our guests to encounter, and we take your comments about cleanliness, maintenance, and the missing kitchen essentials seriously. We’ll review the concerns you raised and work on the necessary follow-ups to help prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate you recognizing the home’s layout and location, and we’re sorry the overall experience fell short of expectations.
