Location is great and the beds were very comfortable. The sliding door to the balcony is off track or something so we could only access the balcony through the bedroom. The power flickered quite a few times and someone needs to clean the area around the porch a little better. There were dirty rags and underwear left out there. Overall this place was spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

The short walk to beach and shops was the one redeeming quality about this property. There were many issues with the property itself with the most significant issues being that the balcony door did not open and the door keypad malfunctioned and locked us out of the property on the first night.

Close to public beach

This condo was good for our group of 6 adults and teen. The porch sliding door needs repair, but everything else was fine. Close walk to the beach and boardwalk. We would highly recommended Fort Pulaski. Everyone had a great time there.

Location location location

Was a good stay. There could be some improvements for price. Fridge with working water and ice would be a start. Rooms were clean and roomy. The location was great walking distance to beach and near by shops and restaurants. Some sheets for pull out sofa could have been cleaner. Over all we still had a great time.

Flooding issues

I know these people can’t control the weather but there need to be grading done to prevent the flooding of the indoor pool and parking area. The pool was unusable for us.

Tybee Beach

Good location a block from the beach - easy to walk there. Nice balcony, although sliding doors were a little tricky to use. Cool and comfortable. Indoor pool as advertised, although small. Easy walk to south shops and restaurant's. We really enjoyed our stay!

great condo in great locatioin

Had a great time here. A few issues like not enough forks, some blinking lights over the table but the condo was comfy and close to the beach. The parking spot really held two cars backed in - cute little pool. Overall, it was great!

The VRBO description of this condo is accurate--it is bright, cute, located close to the beach access and shops. However, the response and follow-up from the management company for a maintenance issue was frustrating and unacceptable.

Cute & clean

My family enjoyed a nice couple of days in this cozy condo. The furniture was as comfy and it had huge TVs. Also In a great area. Super short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

I can't rate it 3.5 stars

The old adage of "Location, location, location" holds true to this property. You are within waking distance of so much. 4 minute walk to the beach, food, shops, cafes, bars and ice cream. The layout of the place is spacious and has plenty of room for 6 and could work with 8. You can fit two normal sized vehicles in the parking space but if your vehicle is taller or wider than standard you're out of luck. Car top carrier will have to come off before pulling in. The pool is tiny, but the beach is so close. The biggest downside to this property is the lack of maintenance. They have not kept up with routine maintenance which means: cracked light switch covers, sliding doors that are hard to slide and really loud, shower curtain rods that are hanging the wrong way, a cracked toilet seat, a broken ice maker and water dispenser, dressers that seem unstable. The place is clean, surface level clean. But it's clear that either maintenance is not finding out about these things or they're just ignoring it or patching them up instead of fixing the actual problem. You fix those things this place could get 5 stars.

Great Stay!

The accommodations where very nice and the beach was conveniently close. The parking space was quite tight, but it was what it was (at least we didn't have to pay for parking). We had a great time!

Family vacation

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. My husband and I took 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping.

Condo was very clean and everyone enjoyed their stay. We had a total of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The condo was in walking distance to the beach and the pier. We would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect

We had a quick getaway to Tybee for mother's day and this place was perfect. Incredibly close to the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. Very clean place, lots of room, toddler friendly. Will book again if available.

Nice enough condo but....

This condo was large and spacious enough for my family of 7 and was nicely furnished. Kitchen is stocked fairly well. Floor was dirty and made our feet black when we first arrived, and we did not have enough towels for everyone in our party. The sheets for the pull-out couch were dirty/stained. The in the door water and ice maker do not work and there was not a filter in the holder. When I did contact the management company, they were responsive to remedy the situations as best as they could in a timely manner. When a filter was placed 2 days after notifying the property manager- it still did not work, and I believe it was not hooked up to a water line. We did receive a refund for water and ice that we had to purchase due to the non-working water and ice fridge dispenser. Parking is somewhat a nightmare and be aware there is parking for only ONE vehicle which is unheard of for a 3 bedroom/ 8-person rental! All in all- I probably would not rent this property again.
