Guest access
The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests in front of the building or an overflow lot to the South of the resort. One parking pass is found inside the Condo, it is required to be placed in your car upon arrival and returned to the condo upon departure.

*Parking garage closed - parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. One parking pass is provided.
Daytona Beach Resort - Guests should expect ongoing repairs from damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. There is beach access still available right next door.

Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects. Currently the seawall restoration is happening that could create daytime noises. Construction schedules and activity may vary that we do not have any control.

We can guarantee a clean, comfortable, and fully equipped Condo and beautiful ocean views.
Thank you for your understanding and support during these improvements as we bring the Resort back for everyone to enjoy.

As private owners in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that our Co-Host is available and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. Feel free to contact her for any assistance needed.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive a check-in message containing all the instructions necessary for your stay. Please note you will have one parking pass, can be found in the condo and must be returned to the condo upon your departure.

If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started.
