Built in 1910 with exposed brick and historic charm, this apartment is outfitted by local interior design firm and has been remodeled with beautiful touches and modern kitchen and bathroom amenities. includes 1 queen bed, leather sofa, an in-unit washer and dryer, deck, gas range, dishwasher, ceiling fans, original art, security system and off-street parking. Walking distance to the convention center, The National, VCU, The Quirk, Belle Isle, and several galleries and restauarants.

Lovely, with issues.

Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. A few issues: cracked bathroom sink, kitchen fan not working, dented refrigerator. Check out instructions requested you to leave trash in bin located in parking space. There was no bin. On arrival TV had no local or national stations. Manager had this TV issue fixed the next day.

Moulin Rouge

Visited Richmond to catch the Moulin Rouge at the Altria Theatre. The apartment was perfect and close to many attractions in Richmond. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable & Convenient

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a location that was close to several areas of Richmond. This apartment fit the bill perfectly! Once we found the parking space (be sure to read the instructions) located on a different street than the apartment address, access was easy. The steps are a little narrow and steep, so be prepared. The apartment was comfortable and the white noise machine helped to mask the city noises for better sleeping. Our only issues were that the hot water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low, there are not towel racks in the bathroom (only 1 hook beside the shower) and a box of tissues is an essential that was not provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Ultra Cool Loft Apartment

Beautifully decorated and loved all the brick work. Separate bedroom was nice and comfortable. Shower was perfect, pressure and temp. Extremely clean with all amenities. As an aside, there is a climb upstairs to the apartment, and we did have a bit of luggage.Added bonus was the Commons, a private club where you could eat and hang out. Food was excellent and we ate there twice. Be sure to check it out!!

Right in downtown

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice apartment. It has its own entrance and it felt very private. Location is walking distance to Capitol and train station with very nice architecture in downtown of Richmond. Apartment is nicely decorated and set up , and had everything we needed : fridge, a/c and toiletries. Thank you

Well appointed flat for a single or a couple

Very comfortable and well appointed flat perfect for a couple. The manager was very responsive and solved a couple of issues I had after hours without hesitation.Keep in mind the steep stairs to access the flat. It was no major issue for me but something worth to keep in mind.

Worth the price!

We booked kind of late, so this was really the only property available that met our needs, and we were a bit startled by the high-ish price. Now that we’ve stayed here, we get it — and we’d stay here again. Super comfy bed, private parking in an area low on free off-street parking, phenomenal location, clean and well-equipped/well-furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. We’ll check out the balcony next time!

Cute adorable stay

My husband and I had an amazing time at our stay. The property manager was very accommodating and a joy. The only 2 draw back is the parking is very narrow, but we took this into consideration and took our small sedan, and the stairs are also narrow. They could potentially be an issue if someone has bad knees or hips. Great location and got to spend time with my college kid and his friends, who lived nearby, comfortably in the apartment.My husband and I hope to make this place a regular when visiting Richmond.

Quick Getaway

Very cute, clean apartment. Within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Would stay again if we were to return to Richmond.

Gem in a convenient locatiin

The pics are accurate for the property. It’s a pretty place and very conveniently located.The kitchen is fantastic. Soft close cabinets. Lots of dishes and serving ware. I did eat in quite a bit so the kitchen was just what I hoped for. The refrigerator was roomy enough for my stay. The living room and deck have a nice swanky feel. The furnishings are well made and comfortable. I didn’t use the deck as it was hot and sticky outside - hello, summer. It was nice though.The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were in two firmnesses so I was able to pick the right one for me. I loved the blanket, too. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom! Yay! If more air movement is needed, a second floor fan is available. There is a chest of drawers and a good sized closet as well for longer stays. An iron and ironing board are also provided if one needs to press some attire. The bathroom is well designed. Comfort height vanity and toilet. The penny tile flooring is really pretty. Very clean. The shower worked great with good water pressure. The hair and body products were very nice, too.In fact, the hand soaps, dish soap and washing products were good quality. The property is a gem. I’d gladly stay again when I next visit Richmond. It’s a short walk to the convention center from the property. Lots of restaurants are close by, too.Note, there are steep stairs once entering the property’s door. This would not be suitable if stairs are an issue.

Wonderful stay!!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, pictures don't do it justice! It was super clean and very cozy, great location, easy to get to and designated parking - it doesnt get much better than this!! The stairs into the apartment are narrow, as was the parking space, but neither were really an issue for my husband and I. We would definitely stay again when returning to the Richmond area!!

Wish I Lived There

Great location to explore Richmond Center and just seconds from the interstates. Well appointed apartment, nicely decorated and modern. My only objection is..add a couple extra ice trays😂😂. Overall a pleasant stay!

Great vacation away from home

Me and my girlfriend wanted to explore Richmond and decided to go here. The host was very responsive with any and all issues. The place was clean and tidy when coming in. All the utensils were stocked up and clean. It was a nice getaway for the week! Ps. There’s some good coffee spots around highly recommend trying them and exploring the area

Richmond stay

I felt like the property needed a good scrub down and that we left it cleaner than when we arrived. I also feel like the listing was deceiving - no door on the bathroom and private parking if you have a very small vehicle. Glad we didnt drive our truck!

Great stay!

The condo was great...and very clean! Really enjoyed having the patio/balcony - outdoor space. Wish we could have stayed longer. The steps were not a problem for us at all.... but just be aware that as soon as you walk in the door from the sidewalk - that there is a staircase/steps that you have to go up to get to the condo....but like i said it wasn't a problem

Cozy little 1BR

I stayed at this property for 5 days. I enjoyed my time here. The entrance was on 3rd, not Clay. When you unlock the front door, you have to walk up about 20 steep stairs, which was somewhat difficult with a large suitcase, but was manageable. My only suggestions would be to update the TV. The TV was tiny and it only included an Apple TV (1st generation) that limited what apps were available. The heat did not work the first day but what fixed after I mentioned it to the property manager.
