Glad to hear you enjoyed and hope to see you back again

thank you for your positive review, and we do have our basic supplies and dishes in the kitchen. Temperature controls at condo can be changed by asking the owner for adjustments, as we try to keep temperature at a comfortable number for ALL who come, so mid range is the best. Requests are always welcome and attended to

Property is usually very clean upon guest arrival. There was a mix up with cleaning schedule as we are so busy at this time of the year, That is the only reason, property needed cleaning when guests arrived. All was taken care of right away and a credit was given to guest for inconvenience. Mistakes do happen, we are only human. We always aim to please and have great reviews

We are sorry for any inconveniences. We have spoken to our cleaning crew to do a much better job. We have updated the unit with taking out all carpets, so less accumulations of dust and debris. Our management was asked to do a better job of checking all check outs and better cleanings. Dish washer was fixed as we did not know about the issue. The minute we are told of an issue we send someone to check and fix it. Since our properties are very popular and used often , at times things do break and as long as we are told about it, we immediately fix it. So we did not know. But all is fixed and updated.

We appreciate all reviews , and to respond to this review. It is very clearly stated in our rental agreement that this is a self serve unit. We do provide starter toiletries ( toilet paper, tissue, dish wash liquid etc ) as a courtesy, so that was very clearly written out. Guests will go and buy what ever they need including laundry detergent as everyone may want different things. We do not require guest to do sheets and towels, only as a courtesy we ask that they place sheets and towels near washer, if they can, just to make life easy for the cleaners as they are very hard working and cover lots of territory in short amount of time, as many times guests check out in morning and new guests come same afternoon, so we try to help them out. Our cleaners are super busy and work very hard. As far as tipping the cleaners, that is also optional, and even when you go on an expensive cruise and pay lots of money, some guests really appreciate all jobs and will choose to tip any service workers. All is done in a courteous and optional way. It is always wise to read an agreement before signing as all is written very clearly. thank you

Glad to hear all went well and you enjoyed your stay. At times in properties things do happen. The issue with the the lock was very unusual so we did take care of it as soon as we could. The area is a great location and does offer lots of fun, activities and services, so glad to hopefully see you back again

always happy our guests are happy Hope to see all back again

We are owners for over 10 years, so we are pretty experienced with guests, but unfortunately what may seem clean to some people does not seem clean to others. Our cleaners had to spend extra houses to clean up after guest, especially showing me a vacuum cleaner full of pet hairs all over. So as clean as they may think they left it , it really needed a super extra clean up, as many of our guests do keep coming back and loving our places. We put in a lot of work and energy to accommodate our guests and keep them happy. But when pets are involved, especially multiple pets, at times extra super cleaning is needed and that is what was reported to us by our management and cleaning crew. Some of the other items mentioned, are not always in our control, such as wifi ( which is from the condo complex, after storms may need reboosting, or dead bugs at times, as this is a ground floor unit and again exterminators come regularly to take care of bugs but at times they do get inside. We are on top of all and try our best to keep place super clean. 99% of our reviews are positive and favorable and have so many that do keep coming back year after year. So we are doing something right. Good luck
