Apartment was clean and location was perfect. Restaurants were in walking distance along with a couple nightclubs and bars.

Great downtown spot

Travled here for a work trip. Great spot located downtown but also quick to job site. Very clean and enjoyed the evenings on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen instead of having to eat out every night, although great restaurants within walking distance.

A Great Spot to Relax

I really appreciated the interactions with Joshua during my stay. The apartment is centrally located, well kept, modern, and comfortable. Next time I'm in the area, I'll look this property up first!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was large with high ceilings. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There are a number of restaurants within an easy walk so you can leave the car if you want to go out to dinner. The secure parking lot was nice too. If you are attending an event at the capitol this apartment would be ideal.

Work Trip

Hi. I had to stay here for a training I had. The property was very clean. Lyft was very accessible as well as Joshua the property manager. It was in an area that made it easy to walk and get food. I will stay here each and everytime I come back to Montgomery. I really enjoyed my stay!

Perfect for 4, right in downtown!

The property was exactly as listed, and had a large double balcony which was a nice surprise! It was clean, conveniently located and within walking distance to (MPAC) Montgomery Performing Arts Center, several historic sites, and restaurants. The Riverfront and the Montgomery Biscuits stadium are just a couple of blocks away which is perfect for a nice outdoor stroll. The new Montgomery Whitewater park is also only a couple of miles away so the location is perfect! The check in process was smooth, but the parking pass is in the room so just know the glass lobby entrance is on both sides of the building. It's in the middle of all the shops if you're on Madison Avenue and it's on the opposite side of the building in the middle of the private parking lot off of Commerce St, just passed the 79A Restaurant on the right. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe the entire time.

Fit the need

The unit itself met the need for my group of 3 adult women -- a place to stay during our conference. However, we may opt for a hotel room next time even though a hotel room is more expensive. The building, while conveniently located, did not have a well-lit entrance. There is a front door, but you can't get in unless you're a owner/leaser. We had to use the back entrance that required us walking down a dark ally to access. It also smelled terrible! The smell took our breath away -- in the elevator, the hallways, and even right when we entered the unit. The listing describes amentities being included, but very few were. I had to message the host to refill the soap in the shower, which they promptly did, but we bathed with shampoo at first. Several things were falling apart and/or broken upon arrival. A positive thing about our stay was that the host was extremely responsive. With improvements, it could be a great option in Downtown Montgomery. Like the title of my review states...it fit our need, but we would not rebook.
