Welcome to your cozy Hill Country retreat!

Escape to this pet-friendly second-floor suite and enjoy the peaceful charm of the Texas Hill Country. Surrounded by quiet country views, this comfortable getaway is perfectly located just 30 minutes from New Braunfels and Gruene and about an hour from San Antonio, making it easy to enjoy local attractions, outdoor adventures, shopping, dining, and lake activities.

Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, a lake trip, or simply looking for a relaxing place to recharge, this charming suite offers the perfect home base.

★ The Space ★

Located on the second floor of the front building, this thoughtfully equipped suite provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests will enjoy a cozy living space, convenient amenities, and easy access to shared outdoor recreation opportunities.

To help make your stay more enjoyable, we provide complimentary makeup remover wipes, travel-size sunscreen, and mouthwash. An initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper is also included. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies once the provided stock is exhausted.

★ Outdoor Recreation & Shared Amenities ★

Your stay includes access to a variety of shared recreational amenities available on a first-come, first-served basis:

• 4 Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUPs)
• 2 Adult Bicycles
• Giant Jenga Game
• Life Jackets
• Paddles
• Electric and Hand Pumps for SUP Boards

Please return all shared equipment to the storage area after use and check paddle board air pressure before heading out.

Please note: Our kayaks are no longer available due to damage. Each paddle board is equipped with a seat and double-sided paddle, allowing guests to enjoy them while seated or standing. Additional paddle boards will be added soon.

★ Entertainment ★

Each suite includes a Roku Smart TV with access to popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, and more. Guests may log in using their own streaming credentials during their stay and should remember to log out before departure.

★ Pet-Friendly Accommodations ★

We love welcoming furry family members! Up to two pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per reservation.

Please note that the front and back yard areas are shared and are not fully fenced. There are several great places throughout the property and neighborhood for walks and outdoor time with your pets. Please notify us when booking if you plan to bring pets. We ask that you do not allow them on furniture and pick up after your pets. If pets are found to have damaged property or guests have not picked up after their pets outside, we do charge a damage fee.

★ Lake Access ★

While the property does not offer private lakefront access, there are several convenient neighborhood lake access points nearby. We're happy to share our favorite local recommendations.
