Very nice house and clean. Two washers and dryers. Spacious bedrooms. Plenty of streaming options on the TV.It would have been nice to have a few more condiments/spices in the kitchen. There was only salt and pepper. Could also use more teaspoons; there were several tablespoons.

Sounds like the house had everything your group needed — comfortable sleeping for all and a well-stocked kitchen made a real difference. Good point on the drive into Asheville, too; we've passed that note along so future guests know what to expect on location. We'd love to host you again next time you're in the area.

This house is spacious and clean, in a good location to get to Asheville. Fairview has some breweries and restaurants too. This is a pet friendly property which is always a plus. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults to hang out without feeling cramped. 2 living areas with TVs. This house is well stocked with the essentials. All 3 showers were nice. The only downside: some of the couches and beds were saggy and uncomfortable.

Thanks for the detailed review! Glad the house gave your group of eight plenty of room to spread out and that the Fairview location worked well for exploring Asheville and the local spots. Always nice to hear the pet-friendly setup was a plus, too. We appreciate the heads-up on the couches and beds — we'll pass that along so the team can take a look. We'd love to welcome you (and the pups!) back anytime!

The property was great for our purposes. We had multiple family members and there was enough space to meet together but also for people to have privacy when needed. The only suggestion I have is to stock the cabinets with more basic spices, oil vinegar, foil and plastic wrap. There was barely any salt and pepper, which was a bit of a surprise!
