The Space
This is a private unit with its own entrance, designed for comfort and functionality. The home features a living room, a full kitchen with oven, and a private bathroom, making it ideal for short or extended stays.

Indoor Features
The unit includes one private bedroom with a king-size bed, two sofa beds, air conditioning, free WiFi, and a TV with Roku for streaming. A dining area provides a comfortable space for meals or remote work. Free on-site parking is included for your convenience.

Kitchen
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and basic cooking essentials, allowing guests to prepare meals easily during their stay.

Outdoor Spaces (Shared)
Guests may enjoy a large swimming pool (not heated), fully fenced for child safety, and a shared patio with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill. The pool and outdoor common areas are shared with two neighboring units and are well maintained for a pleasant shared experience.

Laundry
Free washer and dryer are available in the laundry area on the property, located behind Unit 3. This is a shared laundry area.

Access & Safety
The property offers a smart lock with self check-in (24/7 access), allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival. Exterior security cameras are installed only in common areas for guest safety.

This property is a multi-unit home, and the pool and common areas are shared with other guests. The swimming pool is not heated. Exterior security cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet centrally located. Please be mindful of other guests and respect quiet hours (10 pm–8 am) during your stay.

• No parties or loud music at any time ($500 fee)
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit ($250 fee)
• Only registered guests are allowed; all guests must be included in the reservation ($100 fee per unregistered guest)
