Newly Remodeled Beach Home close to shops, restaurants, boating, fishing & golf!
Formally known as "Vintage View". Recently purchased and renovated oceanfront home! Filled with all the amenities to make your stay wonderful and relaxing!
Enjoy your morning coffee watching beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic ocean, or step down from the back porch to take a walk on the soft sand or go fishing / surfing in the waves. Watch the sunset from the front porch looking over the Guana Preserve.
Kitchen is equipped with most everything you will need to enjoy cooking. Brand new knives, pots and pans and cookware/bakeware, blender, toaster, crockpot and more. Basic cooking spices have been provided but cannot be guaranteed.
5 bedrooms comfortably fit 14 guests (plus 2 infants with provided pack n plays), and there is plenty of entertainment space and outdoor seating. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, glass of wine by outdoor fire table, or bbq that sizzling steak on the grill. Let the kids enjoy time in the converted garage / game room that has AC/Heat with pool table, shuffle board, games and more! There is also an outdoor shuffle board area and cornhole. In the back shed, there are sand toys, beach chairs, outdoor games and more.

We have stayed at many wonderful Vrbo, but this owner was the kindest and easiest to communicate with owner we have come across! The home was lovely, clean, excellent location, with lots of little extras that made our trip that much better. We would, without a doubt, stay here again!!

Beautiful and spacious home with private beach access. The kitchen has everything you need. This home was perfect for our extended family of 10 to spend Christmas. We enjoyed sitting at the beach while our teens body boarded and jumped waves. The sunrise was gorgeous. We will stay again. Sarah was very responsive and the perfect host!

This beach property was everything we hoped for and more! The home was clean, cozy, and just steps from the ocean. We were lucky enough to spot dolphins right from the shore and found sand dollars while walking along the beach… truly magical! The location is peaceful and close to St. Augustine. The host was friendly and responsive, and the entire experience was seamless. We made memories we’ll never forget!

Wonderful home & stay
We loved our stay here. By far the most stocked Vrbo I’ve stayed at. Super comfy and Sarah was great to work with in accommodating my 40th birthday party. Highly recommend this property and would happily return.

Beautiful stay
My family had a small reunion here at this beautiful house and had an amazing weekend. Great location walking right out to the beach, St. Augustine and shopping was a short drive away, and the house had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our weekend, the beach, and the sunrises. It’s a great place and the owner was super helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. Highly recommended!

BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT! We had an amazing time with family celebrating a 51st birthday. This home is immaculately clean, completely stocked for anything you want to cook or do. The kitchen is awesome and has everything you'd need. Beds are comfy, also it's well stocked with beach chairs and beach towels! We had such a relaxing and wonderful time! Loved our stay. It was like staying at your own home as far as comfy and cozy. Thank you Sarah for great communication and all your help and allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!! We hope to come back soon!

Perfect beach retreat
We have stayed here before Sarah became the new owner. They have done an amazing job remodeling and so many nice upgrades. The house has all you need. The views are amazing and you walk out the back door right to the beach. Communication was so easy with Sarah. We will definitely book again.

Retreat and rest for the soul!
This place was absolutely perfect! Part of me doesn’t even want to leave a review because I’d love to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but that just wouldn’t be fair to the wonderful owners. The house is truly a dollhouse, filled with everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The beds are comfortable, everything very clean, and the hot tub was such a treat. We especially loved relaxing on the covered porch, watching the waves roll in from the shade. And the location right on the beach with such an easy walk made it all even more amazing. We will definitely be back for another stay at this lovely home.

All you ask for and more!
Had an amazing trip! All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Everything else you would ever need is there. Kids and adults loved the play room. Adults loved the porch to watch the kids in the yard and sunrise with a cup of coffee.Even got to see a Sea Turtle lay eggs and watch a nest of Sea Turtles be born and make their way to the water. The circle of life. God's blessings!

This was the best property we have ever stayed our. The house was gorgeous, but even better was Sarah, the owner. She was super communicative, even texting me during our stay to see how things were going. We will definitely be staying here again!

Florida Family Stay
A great beach house - very well appointed - very good beds, quality linens and towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Very beautifully decorated with sweeping beach view upstairs. Generous covered porch upstairs with table and comfortable lounge seating. VERY easy and direct beach access. All the beach apparatus you could need. The beach in this spot is particularly nice - wide and flat. In our case it was four adults and worked perfect for that - one of the extra bedrooms made a great office. Would be perfect place to stay for two families with kids who can sleep downstairs on their own.

Wow!
If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting St. Augustine, stop searching and book this place now! We had 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-17) and this place was great for everyone. The house was super clean, perfect location and had everything we needed for the week. We would not hesitate on staying here again! Sarah was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had! You won’t regret staying here.

Amazing. Will definitely be back!
My husband and I hosted our intimate wedding here and everything was amazing. The house is super clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need, including games and beds/highchairs for a little one. The location of the house is perfect for watching the sunrise and close to downtown Saint Augustine. Sarah was quick with responses and even left us a thoughtful gift for our wedding the day we arrived. We are local to Saint Augustine but will definitely be back to stay any time we could use a little staycation.

We have been staying in PVB for 14 years for our yearly family vacation. This house is our new favorite and everyone loved it! Well done with recent renovations and the back yard space is truly one of a kind. Sarah is great to work with and we had no problems whatsoever from check-in to check-out. We are an family of 5 who currently live in California with two boys (age 10 & 7) and a little girl (age 4). We all love being outdoors and creating new memories together with family and friends. We purchased this home as a way to bring everyone and everything we love together in once easy location. We hope that you can do the same!

We chose this area because we have family who live in Ponte Vedra which is located just a short 20 minute drive north. We can easily visit them when we are in town as well as tour around St. Augustine shops and restaurants. My boys LOVE to fish, so when they aren't throwing their line in off the beach, we can easily rent a boat at the local marina and have a day out on the water.
