Stay on the beach side of Gulf Boulevard, just a 1-minute walk from Treasure Island Beach with no busy road to cross. This updated two-bedroom beach cottage offers a comfortable, private stay close to the sand, restaurants, John’s Pass and the Suncoast Beach Trolley.

We make beach days easy with complimentary beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, children’s beach toys and a cooler.

Inside, you’ll find nearly 700 square feet of comfortable living space with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, central A/C, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The living and dining area is ideal for breakfast before the beach or relaxing after a day exploring Treasure Island.

You’ll also have reserved parking and convenient self check-in.

One of the best features of this cottage is the location. You can walk to the beach without crossing Gulf Boulevard, enjoy nearby restaurants and local attractions, or take the Suncoast Beach Trolley to explore more of the area.

After a day on the sand, come back to your own coastal cottage and enjoy a relaxed evening just steps from everything Treasure Island has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The location is absolutely perfect, with a very short walk to the beach, great dining options, and a little shopping. What makes it nice is that the restaurants and shopping are also walkable if you don't have a car. The cottage was well-stocked for beach days, with chairs, an umbrella, and towels provided, which made everything so convenient. The beach in this area is also not crowded, making it even more relaxing. Great beach days, followed by beautiful sunsets made for a great trip! The cottage itself was very clean! The hosts are kind with excellent communication. We love it here and would stay again!

I love this little cottage. It is a great place to stay when visiting Treasure Island. Short walk to the beach..... great for 2 people.

Peaceful paradise

Loved our stay here! Close to the beach, clean, decorated cute. Loved eating, playing games & relaxing on the covered patio. Close walking distance to John’s Pass, with shops, restaurants & excursions.

Clean, quaint cottage that is equipped with everything you need!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island. The cottage is perfect for a family, and has every item you could possibly need and is super organized and comfortable. The cottage is a short walk directly to a beautiful beach.

Great Location

Love the Treasure Island area and was happy to find this gem in a great location! Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the Beach! Loved that all necessities for the beach were available. Very clean and well taken care of property.

Wonderful cottage walking distance to all the action

Really wonderful clean and cozy cottage. You can walk to John’s Pass just up the road for shopping and food and drinks. Very close to the beach at 4 minute walk. Super nice owner that was very helpful.

Beach trip

Visited our sons for their birthday’s. We had such a great time. The cottage was great and the host, James, was very accommodating. He was gracious, allowed us to stay another night at no additional cost after our flight was cancelled due to a tropical storm. Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked our cottage. It was nicely laid out & had everything we needed. We did have a problem with the code to get into the cottage but James took care of it very quickly. Loved how close we were to the beach. We would definitely go back again.

An Absolute Treasure

My sister and I had a wonderful winter escape to Treasure Island and were so happy we chose this location. The cottage was clean and updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated having beach towels and chairs for our use. The beach access was so convenient and we loved spending time there, even on a cloudy/windy day. We would recommend this cottage to anyone planning a trip to this area!

Super Cozy!

Last minute vacation with the kiddos. The cottage was clean and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was comfortable and all the little extras were great. There are umbrellas, chairs and floats to use and that was a big plus for us. The beach was great and just a quick walk away. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.

We loved the property and how close it was to the beach however the beds were uncomfortable and the main road was on one side making it noisy. The town around the condo was also a little run down.

CUTE BEACH COTTAGE

The booking process was easy and Angela responded promptly after we inquired. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. My wife and I enjoyed the Cottage and it had everything we needed. Close to the beach and they had chairs and umbrellas. Very close to beach access. Nice common area with chairs and tables. Would recommend this property to others.

We enjoyed our stay. Kenneth and angela were very nice. The only complaint I would say I had wad there were not enough plug ins and the bathroom was tiny. Otherwise, excellent experience. Enjoyed the beach equipment. Thanks so much

Like home away from home

We loved it here. It was super clean. They had everything you needed. My favorite thing in the cottage besides the comfortable bed in the master bedroom and the awesome A/C was the manatee above the tv in the living room :) it was our daughter's 16th birthday and the were kind enough to stop by with a cupcake and card. The beach was right there and we enjoyed plenty of snorkeling at low tide where we found more than enough shells to take home. I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the generous hospitality

Very clean and short walk to the beach

This is the cleanest beach cottage we have ever stayed at! Very quiet, uncrowded part of the beach. There were SO MANY shells to collect. No need to bring any beach chairs or sand toys, there are plenty for everyone. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. The owners provide lots of little things that you may need during your stay. Road noise is pretty loud, but there is a box fan that drowns it out pretty well. Only thing missing for me was a Keurig, because I am spoiled to mine lol. Would absolutely stay here again! We had a great trip!
