Hi Joanne, Again we apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. The weather condition was something that we cannot get a control of, However we did send someone to fix the A/C and we provided a discount for your stay because of this unexpected event, This is not the kind of service that we would want to provide you and the other guest that we may have in the future.

We're very sorry to hear that your arrival experience was so stressful. Clear communication and guest safety are top priorities for us, and it's never our intention for anyone to feel lost or unsupported—especially while traveling with children. We do our best to provide detailed instructions in advance, and many guests have successfully accessed the unit using those directions. That said, we understand that every situation is different, and we regret that we missed your call during this time. We have since reviewed our access process and emergency contact system to ensure better responsiveness moving forward. We genuinely regret that your stay began this way and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve.
