This beautiful 2-bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the beautiful new Aracari Residence, just minutes from the Ritz Carlton, Marriott, and other high-rise hotels. A short drive will take you to the pristine shores of Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Malmok, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

As soon as you step inside your cozy and stylish condo, you'll be greeted by a modern and fully equipped living space. The condo boasts a small balcony area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy al fresco dining and relax with a drink in the fresh island air.

Aracari Residence offers a communal pool and a rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean views of Palm Beach. The rooftop terrace is perfect for watching the sunset, grilling up some delicious meals on one of the two BBQ areas, or working up a sweat at the gym.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your convenience, so you can enjoy a day in the sun in style. You can park your car for free (on the space marked #15).

The condo is very well furnished and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms—one ensuite in the master and one full bathroom in the hall just outside the second bedroom.

The resort is gated and accessed via a key code.

The second floor condo and its amenities are accessible via elevator from the lobby. The condo is unlocked via a keyless digital door lock. We will provide the code for this prior to your check-in.

There is free 24/7 on site parking included (on the space marked #15).

Car rental is easy and inexpensive, we can advise.

Guests have full use of all Aracari’s amenities.

The entire condo is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

[Dedicated concierge] Unlike most listings - Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to:

1) Meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly,
2) Swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels,

[Cleaning] Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each condo is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the condo upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV] Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are smart TVs in the living area and all the bedrooms.
