Welcome to our Naples Oasis, a sun-drenched retreat nestled in the tranquil Briarwood neighborhood (gated community). This open-layout home boasts vaulted ceilings, providing an airy atmosphere filled with natural light. With stunning pool and lakefront views, you'll quickly forget the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The living room offers a cozy ambiance for family bonding, while our well-appointed kitchen is ready to assist you in cooking up your favorite meals. Our bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Venture outside to our screened-in pool and lanai, the perfect spot for an afternoon dip or an evening under the stars. Our outdoor kitchen also awaits those delightful barbecue nights.

When you're ready to explore, the Briarwood neighborhood provides various amenities, including two heated community pools, tennis court, pickleball courts, children’s play area, basketball court, beach volleyball court and community room. Naples' serene beaches are just 5-10 minutes away, perfect for a day of relaxation or a stunning sunset walk.

The famed Naples Pier is a must-visit, and the downtown area offers a plethora of shopping and dining options for all tastes. For golf enthusiasts, a selection of fine golf courses is at your disposal.

Experience a multitude of exciting events, local cuisine, and the natural beauty of Naples right at your fingertips. Our Naples Oasis is more than just a place to stay—it's your home away from home



Pool rules:
Adult supervision for children at all times
No diving

No jumping in the pool - please use steps.

Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store.

Maximum 3 cars allowed - No street parking - all cars must be in driveway


Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Naples home! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and nicely equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches, dining, and shopping. The management company and staff were outstanding: professional, friendly, attentive, and extremely responsive. They made the entire stay seamless from start to finish and were a pleasure to work with. This home truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys again for the hospitality!
They have pickleball!! Great little private gated community :)

Not as expected

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. However, the photos are misleading, the furniture and decor are very much dated and the house was very dirty with actual roaches in the kitchen. The linens were dirty and the mattress covers were soiled and disgusting. There were still full trash bins in the driveway with maggots and the bathroom rug was soiled with urine with a molded shower curtain.The grills were gas with no propane.And the living room rug had food crumbs all over it. There is a sofa bed, but not sleepable because it is covered with pet hair, and mold spots. This was a horrible experience and the owner did not do much more than send an exterminator to spray outside of the house and their cleaners came back and literally did the bare minimum. We spent our entire first night cleaning and washing towels and linens to make our trip bearable.i do not recommend this property.

We’re genuinely surprised and disappointed by this review, as it is a complete misrepresentation of the property and the experience we provide our guests. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each check-in, and we take pride in maintaining a high standard, as reflected in the overwhelmingly positive reviews we consistently receive. Upon the guest’s arrival, they contacted us with a list of exaggerated complaints. Out of an abundance of caution and commitment to guest satisfaction, we immediately sent both our cleaning team and a licensed pest control specialist, even though no previous guests had reported any issues. The cleaners reported that the home was in normal condition and required only minor touch-ups—certainly nothing close to the claims made here. The exterminator also confirmed there was no infestation, but still treated the exterior as a preventative measure. It's worth noting that this guest requested compensation shortly after checking in, and it became clear they were attempting to leverage these claims for a partial or full refund. While we always strive to make things right when something is genuinely wrong, we will not enable dishonest behavior at the expense of our integrity or the trust of future guests. To clarify: The photos are accurate and were taken recently. The furniture is exactly as pictured and well-maintained. All linens are professionally laundered between every stay. Our team found no signs of roaches, maggots, or the other extreme conditions described. The grills are clearly listed as BYO propane, which is common for vacation rentals. We don't even advertise a sofa bed - so that is absurd. We welcome honest feedback, but this review does not reflect the reality of the property or our level of service. We encourage future guests to read through our other reviews to get a true sense of what to expect—a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in a beautiful neighborhood.
