Welcome to Luke & Lorelai's Adventure Home—a Gilmore Girls-inspired retreat just 5 minutes from Flaming Gorge! Nestled on a wooded 0.44-acre lot, this cozy 2,100 sq. ft. home sleeps 10 and features a hot tub, fire pit, grill, play set, and plenty of parking for boats and RVs (50-AMP hookup). Located on one of Manila's few paved, well-lit roads for easy arrivals after a day of adventure.

PROPERTY FEATURES

✓ Wake up every morning with a steaming cup of coffee made from the coffee machine before eating on the expansive back deck, which has comfortable outdoor furniture.

✓ Gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows, crafting s'mores under the starry night sky.

✓ Entertain the kids on our backyard playground or challenge friends and family to a game of corn hole and badminton.

✓ Fire up the George Foreman BBQ grill on the patio to prepare flame-grilled feasts with good company. Sit around the two outdoor tables, which sit around ten people.

✓ For an extended off-roading adventure, add a 2-seater Canam 1000 ATV to your rental for an extra $299 per day.

✓ Explore nearby lakes and reservoirs with our paddle board—a perfect way to enjoy the water from a new perspective.

✓ Household Amenities: Feel at home with conveniences such as an ironing board, hangers, and cleaning supplies. Plus, use the laundry facilities with a washer, dryer, and scent-free detergent.

✓ A/C and Heating: Use the mini split AC to cool down during summer or keep the house nice and toasty on colder evenings.

✓ Coat Closet: Here, you can find board games, a foot massager, badminton equipment, a mop, a broom, two folding chairs, additional bags, and hangers.

PARKING:
- Our spacious driveway has enough space to fit multiple vehicles and boats in the backyard.
- Refrain from parking in the front over night.


HOUSE RULES
- Please refrain from wearing muddy boots inside the house.

- The $150 cleaning fee covers basic post-checkout cleanup, including dishwashing, laundry, light surface cleaning, and outdoor maintenance to ensure a pleasant stay.

- An additional $100 fee may apply for excessive mud, deep cleaning, or any necessary reassembly of the home, inside or out.

- Avoid placing hot pots or plates on the counter; use protective padding underneath. It will leave a burn mark on the counter.


PET POLICY
- We only allow hypoallergenic dogs inside the home. (Message Lexie for notable exceptions. Ie: service animals)
- An additional $300 fine will be applied if non-hypoallergenic dogs are brought into the residence.

BABY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
- The pack n' play is in the room next to the fridge on the left (the room with the bunk bed).

- Find the highchair in the coat closet.

- Baby cups, plates and utensils can be found in the kitchen. See cupboard next to the fridge and utensil drawer.

AC MINI SPLITS
- When using the AC mini splits, kindly return the remote to its holder on the wall.

- Missing remotes may incur charges.

STEP WARNING:
Exercise caution when navigating steps in three different areas:

- Going in and out of the dining room.
- Moving towards the two bedrooms by the fridge.
- Approaching the single bedroom connected to the laundry room.

Exterior security camera located at the back entry for safety and property protection. It monitors the exterior entryway only. No cameras are located inside the home or in any private areas.
