Within walking distance to JPS Hospital & the eclectic restaurants & shops on historic Magnolia Ave, the condo is just a 10 min. drive to the Cultural District and 5 min. to Downtown. Our spacious condo features a rooftop patio, 55" Smart TV, luxury bed linens, a fully-equipped luxury kitchen with high-end Samsung appliances, treadmill and weights, quiet work station and a covered garage w/remote control. Perfect for couples' night out, traveling professionals & Cowtown tourists! We offer discounts for multiple week or month stays in some months. The neighborhood lies adjacent to the Fairmount National Historic District, the largest historic neighborhood in the southwestern United States. With more than one thousand contributing structures, it is comprised of mostly bungalow and four square homes from the late 1800s through the early 1920s.
