About this space
Perfect for month long rentals, this stunning beach-themed studio is within walking distance to Mesa Lane Beach and so much more. Convenient location to walk to the Mesa Shopping Centers, Shoreline Park, the Douglas Preserve, or take rental electric bikes down to the Funk Zone full of restaurants, the SB Pier, breweries and wine tasting. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Attached to main home, but private entrance on the other side of the property.
The space
Bright and beachy studio attached to a primary residence. Some highlights are:
* High ceilings, light and bright
* Full kitchen with oven and dishwasher for the chefs!
* Separate office with desk for remote workers
* Brand new Mediterranean-style shower
* Brand new furniture and queen mattress and bedding
* Small outdoor patio with bench and table for morning breakfasts
* Large closet and pantry/storage cabinet
* 5 blocks away from beach access - Mesa Lane Beach
* 6 blocks away from Douglas Preserve walking paths
* Walk to two different shopping centers with brewery, many restaurants, organic market and pharmacies
* Rent electric bikes 2 blocks away
* Wifi and TV (no cable)
* Quiet, safe neighborhood - studio is behind a gate
Looking for minimum 31 day stays - perfect for extended stays working or vacationing. This studio shares a wall with the primary residence, so looking for a quiet person or couple (2 people max).
