Welcome to your townhouse. Downstairs there are a spacious dining room, living room with Roku TV, and free wifi. Half bathroom. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Upstairs 3 bedrooms all of which are a nice size & two smart Tvs. One full bathroom. Excellent location Charleston Airport, Tanger Outlets and North Charleston Coliseum are 10 mins away. Downtown Charleston is 23 minutes. Naval Nuclear Training School is 20 mins away and Isle of Palm beach is 30 minutes away. Free parking (two spots) Sleep up to 6 guests. Long-term stays welcome! Enjoy the spacious back yard. Our place may not be safe or suitable for children or infants!

-Included: Linens, 2 bath towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates, and bowls.

-Extras: I also provide the following - shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and coffee.

The kitchen has plenty cabinets, stove, refrigerator so you can fix a meal if you want. Two of our beds have queen mattresses and two twin beds & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds and bathroom essentials. Most things you will need in the kitchen (minus your food of course) Our place is 10 minutes from the airport, and next to a major highway and a main road, so be aware of the noise. We also provide ear plugs in case of noise sensitivity.
Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay as a group, or in private.

Wonderful place

Diana was a wonderful hostess…she checked in on us and offered to help any way. The home was very lovely! I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Perfect for vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and exactly as we envisioned. We loved having a full kitchen and dining area. The small touches (providing make up removal wipes, ear plugs and Q-tips) made it seem more like home. Will definitely stay again.

Fall break

We had a great time. Location was central to everything on our lust. Property had what we needed for a short trip. Happy with our stay. Property manager was quick to respond

Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and was as described in listing. It was located where we could easily drive to downtown Charleston and Summerville. The shops on Montague Ave. that were close to this listing were very nice to visit. We enjoyed that area.

Nice little townhouse

We stayed here when visiting my son over Thanksgiving. The house was just as described, very clean, and nicely decorated. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The house is on a busy roadway but there was never an issue with noise. It is located right off the highway which was very convenient and located close to Charleston. I would stay here again.

Great Townhouse

It was a great townhouse, location was perfect for my purposes. Diana was attentive and hospitable. Heads up to future people; the surrounding townhouses are not the best up kept but don’t let that be a deterrent. We were there for a few days, Diana keeps her property really clean. Just FYI that the outside view isn’t the nicest but it’s a great stay!

Close to expressway, convenient to downtown.

Upon arrival at the property, A/C was on and working great since it was very warm out. Went to the Waffle House one morning-- food was delicious and staff very nice. The expressway is close- about a block or two. This is good for getting to downtown but a little noisy sometimes. Overall a good place although a few minor cleaning issues.

The townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated. It was my first time staying in a rental property and it was a much nicer experience than a hotel room. Knowing there were outdoor cameras was comforting. I only have one suggestion..perhaps a curtain or blinds could be placed on the back door to cover the windows to feel a more secure sense of safety and privacy at night.

Great host with great location

Very cute farmhouse townhome with everything we needed for our stay. Was in close proximity to tanger outlets and plenty of restaurants and Close to Charleston too. Only downside was the description of the property said there was a hot tub and my daughter and I were really looking forward to that after such a long drive from Ohio and to get there and see there wasn’t one was disappointing. That was the only disappointing thing about our overall stay. Would stay here again. Very clean, quaint and quiet. Host was very attentive to our needs.

Horrible

Owner and friends kept popping up with no warning and entering property numerous times with notifying guest and items were stolen.
