SEAESTA – Luxury ocean front home in historic Hope Town settlement on Elbow Cay
Situated on one of the best swimming beaches in all of Hope Town within the quaint historic village is SEAESTA!
Custom built in 2018, this special home was designed and decorated as a private luxury beachfront getaway encompassing stunning ocean and harbor views conveniently located in the heart of Hope Town.
SEAESTA offers an open floor plan including a spacious living room with upscale casual island-style décor, wet bar, gas fireplace and large wide-screen TV. Adjacent dining area seats eight with a fully stocked open concept kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a nearby TV sitting area and half-bath. Large full story windows open to the backyard ocean view with an expansive deck with seating and lounge chairs, outdoor shower and built-in charcoal grill. The covered front porch offers more outdoor seating and delightful harbor vistas.
There are three king bedroom en-suites on the second floor, each with french doors leading to a private, oceanfront or harbor view balcony. The master suite bath has a soaking tub and separate shower as well as double vanities. The two guest bedrooms enjoy beautiful views of Hopetown’s famous candy striped Harbour Lighthouse. Both bedrooms are connected to a covered balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Right outside the front door are steps leading to the harbor. The Post Office Dock is a short walk away where you can dock your boat on a first-come basis. If arriving by Air in Marsh Harbor, guests can easily take a local taxi to the ferry dock to board ferry to Elbow Cay and disembark at the Post Office Dock stop. You are a very short walk to SEAESTA. Our Caretaker will pick you up to help with your luggage. Golf carts, bicycles, and boats are the primary means of transportation and available for rental. The locals welcome visitors and are friendly, helpful and happy to share their wealth of knowledge of all things Bahamian. Hope Town is fun to experience with many walking paths, restaurants and local cafes, boutiques, bakeries, ice cream shops and resorts.
SEAESTA is new to the luxury rental market and has quickly become a favorite with its lovely amenities and it will not disappoint. SEAESTA is a place of joy and respite for our family, and we are delighted to share it with our guests. Seasonal rates start at $10,000 per week with a minimum 5-night stay. Restrictions include a limit of 6 adults, no pets, no smoking.

Other information:
Seaesta is equipped with a whole house generator set to come on automatically in the event of a power outage.
We are working on refurbishing our dunes, so we ask that you please do not climb on our fragile dunes.
Concierage services can be arranged for groceries, etc.
