This historic brick home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen with island, stainless steel appliances. An amazing pool unlike any other with a Shamu shelf for sun bathing and built in hot tub. Basketball court, fireplace, room for RV parking & dedicated parking on property. This home is surrounded by beautiful vineyards. Will be ideal for family gatherings, bridal parties, and special events. (cleaning fee and security will be required for large groups)
Navigating Lodi/Acampo could not be easier than it is from this centrally-situated spot! Just an hour and a half from Bay Area bustle, and only 3 minutes from multiple wineries.
The space
This early 1900’s home sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The 40k gallon salt water pool, 14ft deep will keep any group entertained for hours. The hot tub is unlike any other and is heated as requested. It can comfortably accommodate 12-15 adults. The backyard pool area is perfect to gather around and look at the stars. There is a BBQ pit available for use. Master bathroom has a Bluetooth enabled speaker.
Guest access
The entire property graced with beautiful trees and serene landscaping. Late checkout may be available for an additional fee.
There will be an additional fee of $250 if the pool sweep/hose is taken out of the pool during your stay. This function is paramount in allowing the filters to do its job.
Other things to note
Landscapers, pool, and maintenance workers may be on property during your stay. Backyard may be used for additional parking. We are also in Agriculture district and maintenance of surrounding vineyards may occur during your stay.
Neighborhood highlights
The home is surrounded by vineyards. Located on the Lodi Wine Trail; multiple wineries are minutes away. The Lodi Wine Map will be inside the home. The Lodi Grape Festival Grounds has events all year round to check out as well.

Guests have access to stroll the family’s estate Zinfandel vineyard planted in 1965, and have complete access to all outdoor spaces. (except for the barn)

There are 2 big screen TV’s firestick and Wi-Fi throughout.

There are options for wine tasting in all directions. Just down the road there is the opportunity for a once in a lifetime experience of skydiving and many other outdoor activities; biking, boating at the Mokelumne River and so much more!
