Thank you for your rating. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate the detailed feedback — glad the location, view, beds, and kid bunk room worked well, and I apologize that multiple maintenance items you reported were not addressed during your stay. Actions we’re taking: - Flagged this reservation for immediate review by our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams - Schedule inspections/repairs for the towel bar, running toilet, squeaky door, broken closet door, front-door mechanism, and burned‑out bulbs - Replace missing oven mitts and confirm the unit has full kitchen supplies - Review our vendor/response procedures so issues reported within 24 hours are actually completed during the stay or communicated clearly if a delay is necessary - Evaluate porch-light placement and add blackout curtain options for the bunk and guest windows - Improve the Liquid Life landing page for clarity and add a printed guest binder with key info and troubleshooting steps in the condo - Update our pre‑arrival and turnover checklists to catch these items before guests arrive Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos or additional details so we can investigate further and discuss appropriate compensation. We appreciate the input and will use it to improve future stays.
