While the cabin and patio are exclusively yours, please note that the parking and yard are shared spaces with the main house guests and their pets. If you have any concerns about this, feel free to reach out so we can best accommodate you.

To ensure your privacy, the cabin and main house are separated by approximately 100ft of yard space. If you`d like to book the main home for a fully private experience, contact us for info on pricing.

★ PROPERTY ACCESS & MAINTENANCE ★
Please note that the lawn care crew will access the exterior space once a week, and a yard maintenance team will access the yard once a month. These service providers will only access exterior areas and will not enter indoor spaces.

We aim to give our guests space to enjoy their stay while staying readily available to help when needed. During regular waking hours, we typically respond within an hour via the Airbnb platform.
If you reach out between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please note that non-urgent messages may not be answered until morning. For urgent issues during this time, we ask that you call us directly rather than message. If it’s very late, you may need to call more than once to wake us.
