Welcome to Piper’s Landing! Have your morning coffee overlooking the Gulf, launch a kayak from the small sandy beach across the street, or hop on a bike and explore Cedar Key. With beautiful water views, decks on both levels, and room to spread out, it’s an easy place to settle into island life.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has two separate living spaces, each with a king bed and a full kitchen and its own exterior entrance, a nice setup for families or friends vacationing together who also enjoy a little privacy. And yes, your dogs are welcome, too!

Gulf Views & a Little Beach Time
Enjoy wide-open views toward Atsena Otie Key, Snake Key, and Seahorse Key from the house, sunroom, and decks.
Just across the street, a small sandy beach offers a spot to relax by the water, with easy kayak launching during mid to high tide. Please watch for oyster beds when walking or swimming.

Kayaks & Bikes Included
There’s no need to bring everything with you:
- 2 single-person, 10-foot kayaks, 2 paddles, and 2 life vests—one Large and one XL.
- 2 single-speed bikes and 2 adult Large helmets.
Please bring your own life vests or helmets if you need different sizes.
The neighborhood is great for a walk or bike ride, and town is a golf cart ride away for restaurants and shops.

Two Living Spaces, Room to Spread Out
Both levels are accessed from the exterior. Each has its own kitchen, living room, and dining area, so everyone has space to enjoy their own routine.
Upstairs
- King bedroom and Queen bedroom
- Full kitchen, dining area, and large living room
- Sunroom with water views and a full-size futon, great for kids
- Upper deck with chairs and a table
Downstairs
- Large bedroom with a King bed
- Full kitchen, living room, and dining area
- Desk/workspace and a small full bathroom
- Small deck with seating to enjoy the view

Bring the Dogs
We welcome up to 2 dogs of any size for an additional pet fee. Please keep dogs off the furniture and don’t leave them unattended if they may bark or cause damage.

Parking & Everyday Conveniences
- Plenty of driveway parking, including room for a boat
- Exterior electrical outlet for a golf cart
- Washer and dryer in the garage

Come for the fishing, kayaking, island exploring—or simply a few days with a good view and nowhere you need to be.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
