What we love most is how walkable it is. You can easily reach several top-rated restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and local breweries, or spend the afternoon at nearby City Park, the Denver Zoo, or the Museum of Nature and Science.

It’s also ideally located for anyone needing proximity to major medical centers — just a short drive to Children’s Hospital Colorado, the Anschutz Medical Campus, and National Jewish Health.

Park Hill offers the best of both worlds: peaceful residential living with quick access to downtown, hospitals, and Denver’s best local spots.

Situated on a large corner lot, the home offers plenty of room to relax both inside and out. The expansive fenced yard is beautifully maintained and perfect for family gatherings, kids, or pets.

One of our favorite features is the covered patio, complete with a built-in gas grill and lounge area, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoor space comfortably for nearly ten months of the year. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or hosting a cozy dinner.

Parking is never an issue — there’s a garage, carport, and a large driveway that easily fits several vehicles, plus free street parking. Between the spacious layout, generous amenities, and seamless indoor-outdoor design, this home truly stands out as a welcoming retreat in one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods.
