The house is in a great location with easy access to the metro and connections all over the dc area. Adam was great with his communication before and during our stay. There are plenty of bedrooms for a large family looking for a house to see the sites in dc.

The beds were super comfy. Nice AC and bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Big fridge. You're a 5 minute walk from the metro station and 10 from a nice grocery store. Lots of cute walkup apartments in the area. We were able to hop on the metro and see all the sights.

The Host was very responsive. Due to inexperience on my part, I was confused regarding where to find our check in information. A request for information had me on the phone with the Host and everything resolved in less than a minute. The remainder of the stay was excellent especially if you like ice cold air conditioning in the midst of summer heat and lots of hot water for the showers after a long day of walking around. Jim

Our Girl Scout Troop stayed for a week while visiting Washington, D.C. for the Girl Scout Convention and sightseeing. The house comfortably accomodated 12 Girl Scouts ages 11-17 and 3 adults. Although there was not enough room for everyone to sit at once, the girls made it work, and they enjoyed playing hide and seek throughout the house. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make breakfast everyday. The host answered questions quickly. The house was conveniently located close to a grocery store, metro station, the convention center, and a bus stop, so we were easily able to get to where we were going.

Nice, clean property

Stayed here with some business associates while we attended a conference at the nearby conference center. Very clean property and close to Metro station for convenience to the airport or mall. Check in and check out were easy and communication was great.

The house is old and definitely has some quirky character. It was clean and comfortable. You can't beat the convenience to the metro. The property manager was very nice, informative and quick to respond to any questions.

Weekend getaway with friends

13 of us stayed together for a weekend getaway in DC! It was walkable to most of the neighborhoods we wanted to explore. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for our whole group. Very easy check-in and check-out process! Would definitely recommend.
