The condo has one master king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. Wake up with a lovely and beautiful lake view !

The second bedroom has two twin beds and closet , TV and the full bathroom right next door.

Full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee machine and much more appliances. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and of course the matching dryer. There is also an ironing board with steam iron, vacuum cleaner and much more utensils. Linens, towels and hand soap are provided.

The home is fully equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. And has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out.
One space garage is available for your car as well, you also will find beach chairs there.
Falling Waters I not only includes a beautiful resort style pool but also has tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball. This resort gives you the real feeling of being on vacation.
Venture a little farther to the beach with white sands for you to enjoy. Ideal location 10-15 minutes to Downtown and Beaches or Naples Pier to take long walks in the miles-long beach and enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Gulf of Mexico.
The Downtown 5th Avenue South you can reach in 10 minutes. There are numerous good restaurants and bars where you can dine comfortably on the respective terraces.

A cultural center of Naples (Artis) can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In the winter months musicals, concerts, ballet performances, operas and much more are regularly offered there.
There are hardly any limits to your leisure activities thanks to the wide range of golf, water sports and shopping opportunities.

Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in Florida. Watch the flying fish, sea turtles or even a manatee and with a little luck a couple of dolphins may come by.
Beaches are with water sports and activities such as kayaking/canoeing, boating, shelling, fishing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises.
If you prefer shopping, the Coastland Center Shopping Mall are reachable in 15 minutes, the Miromar Outlets in 30 minutes.
