We had an amazing experience. The condo was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. Drexwell was very responsive to all of our questions. My only complaint was that there was no where to wash off the sand before entering the condo. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay. About 10 min walk to the beach and close to stores and restaurants in Grace Bay - very walkable and we traveled with a 3 year old. Would need a car to transport groceries, though. Fantastic condo, well equipped. Easy communication, we were even able to check in early. Would highly recommend.

Great location in Grace Bay with one parking spot. Perfect for our family of 3 (me and my husband and our teenage daughter). Spotlessly clean, and very comfortable!

Great property, location, and manager!

I stayed here with some girlfriends for our annual trip and we were so impressed with the accuracy of the photos, the beautiful pool, and how helpful and kind Drexwell was. It was also within walking distance of so many great Grace Bay restaurants, shops, and beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

My mom and I loved this stay! The condo was modern, beautiful, and very clean. There were enough towels (beach towels included) and a good amount of appliances. The only thing that I didn’t see was body wash, but I brought my own so that was fine. I loved how quiet the condo was. It was very relaxing. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. I felt safe at all times!! I would highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again myself, next time I’d probably just rent a car because Taxi’s definitely add up.

Wonderful new condo complex 5 mins from Grace Bay Beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The location and complex were excellent. Would highly recommend for those who want to stay just off Grace Bay away from the hustle bustle but close enough to enjoy all the amenities of Grace Bay. As always one of my favourite islands, it never disappoints.

We had a fantastic time in Ts and Cs. Property manager Drexwell was great. Condo was just as pictures show. Close proximity to beach and 10 minute walk to town. No complaints only thing we didn’t swim in pool because it was pretty cold. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend condo

Great Breakaway

The condo is well situated at Grace Bay. Easy walk to the beach and food. The place is well kept and equipped will all you need for a greay vacay in TCO.

Everything was as noted in the listing. It had everything we needed. Place was very clean. We stayed for 71 days and were very happy with our choice. The beach was a short walk away. We actually walked most of our vacation as everything is nearby. Graceway Gourmet grocery store was about a twenty minute walk but we thoroughly enjoyed the exercise. On route you can stop by some really nice shops for cute sundresses, books,jewelry etc. Drexwell (property manager), Roxann and Jon (owners) ensure your stay is everything you expected. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Property and Service

Great location and almost brand new! Property manger met us at check in and walked us through the unit. A block from the beach and a few blocks from most the restaurants and bars.

Beautiful new condo, modern, very clean and great layout as described and reglective of pictures. Short walk to beach and downtown area. Host was very nice and responsive. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This property is new and very quite. Drewell the property manager was wonderful. A bit of a walk to the beach only because it is hot. We had a car so we drove. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful

My stay was wonderful easy check in and check out experience. The host is amazing when it comes to communication. The apartment was super duper clean and nice it was wonderful girl trips we loved the spot every time I go to Turks i will be staying there. You can walk to into downtown & the beach.

Family vacation

First time in Turks and Caicos, wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortable condo.Perfect location, short distance to beaches and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet.Drexwell is very quick to respond if any issues! (not with the condo itself, but for example when bbq gas tanks were empty or elevator issue)Definitely recommend!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at Sun King over the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was exactly as pictured—welcoming, comfortable, and clean. Its location is perfect: close to all the action in Turks & Caicos, with fantastic food, entertainment, and stunning beaches just a short walk or quick drive away.We also appreciated the detailed manual provided in the unit. It included helpful tips and recommendations, and even led us to a beach we hadn’t originally planned to visit—a highlight of our trip.Drexwell was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.Our family of four would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Awesome Location

We loved the location of the property, easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything was brand new and very clean. Drexwell was very responsive. Easy check in/out. The pool was a bit chilly and the shower was not super hot. Overall we had a fabulous time and would stay again!

Anniversary Trip

Very clean and new property that is conveniently close to Grace Bay. Restaurants, bars, beach is all within a 10 min walk. Perhaps the only negative is that there is no view of the beach from the balcony if that’s what you’re looking for. But other than that, it is a very quiet and safe location!

Nice stay in a beautiful place

The property manager was great and was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and new with great air conditioning. Location was close to the main shopping area and restaurants. A few suggestions…provide more paper towels (there were only a few sheets left when we got there), increase temperature of water heater so water gets a little hotter, and replace stained beach towels.

We try to provide enough paper towels to let guests get acquainted and settled upon arrival, and give them enough time to purchase groceries and goods. The shower faucet has a button located in the back to press and make the water hotter. It is a safety feature. This is noted in our guest book which we encourage our guests to read. We will make sure this gets pointed out to our guests upon arrival. Prior to your arrival beach towels were replaced with new ones. We replace towels on a regular basis. We will make sure a thorough inspection is done to make sure towels are not stained. Your suggestions are appreciated and help us improve our business for future guests, and hope to host you again.

Very nice unit in a modern, well kept condo complex. Kitchen is well equipped with small appliances, utensils, plateware etc. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill (Blaze, 4 burners, built-in) in the common area. It is a five minute walk from the property to the public access point to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk into the center of the Grace Bay village. We did have a rental car, but it is not necessary as many places (including one of the grocery stores) can be reached on foot. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. All in all a five star experience - highly recommended.

He was an amazing host, very clean and great location everything is brand new, had waters for us. checked in on our stay, gave recommendations, he was even nice enough to help us take our bags to the airport at the end of the trip! Appreciated that very much! Will be back
