The property was in a great location, close to several beach bars and restaurants, the condo was so cute and the host was accessible throughout the entire process before and after our stay.

Very nice place. We enjoyed the massive pool and the woman at the front gate was so delightful- truly a beautiful, kind hearted person. There were cats that we enjoyed watching as well. We would stay again. Thank you

We loved this place! It is gated, swimming pool, beach chairs next to water, bar, boat docks, pier with seating under a tiki hut, and located close to restaurants, grocery stores and fun things to do! Our individual condo was decorated with beach themes and so cute! We cooked one night and it had everything we needed! The host was amazing with communication! We definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here with my family while visiting my father in the Keys, and we had an amazing time. The views are gorgeous, and the condo had everything we needed. Plenty of cookware, plates and silverware, beach and pool toys, floaties, and more. There were food and drinks available for purchase by the pool and beach, which was super convenient. One of the biggest things for us was how safe and comfortable we felt with the gated entrance and family friendly atmosphere. The unit is in a great location. Right across from the pool and only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Our family had such a great trip and made so many memories here. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much for hosting us!

This was fantastic place to stay. The property was very well maintained. The host was a joy to deal with and offered some delicious place to eat and enjoy the area.

Great place! Very organized and perfect for four adults. The beach was area was ok but no soft sand like in main Florida but that's not any fault of the owner. The balcony was small only room for two people. Very easy check in and great communication with the owner. There was a pool right by our place but we didn't have time to use. Will be back for sure.

Loved our stay!

Sandra was very communicative and made the check in/check out process very easy. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We only stayed for 2 nights on a road trip from Key West to Fort Lauderdale and we would have loved to stay longer. Hopefully we can come back soon!

The previous tenant had left some rotten food in the refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she took prompt action to remedy the situation by purchasing a new refrigerator. Althugh it did not make it during our stay, I was very impressed with the owner's action to insure our stay was as comfortable as it should be. I highly recommend this place and the value she offers. Will definitely stay there in the future.

The property was super overall! Very nice pool. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was fabulously comfortable! The twin beds in the second bedroom were a tad small. My 16 year old teenage son said the bed was too short (he’s 5 ft 10 in). I appreciated the washer, dryer and laundry detergent that was provided. The Shout stain remover was a thoughtful touch! My only complaint, that has nothing to do with the unit, is we visited at the end of July. This is apparently peak season for rotting sargassum seaweed which smells like rotten eggs. (Photo included of the normally nice beach covered in seaweed.)Overall this unit was very nice and we appreciate the restaurant and activity suggestions from the host. She was very quick to respond to any questions!

Marvelous, wonderful and relaxing. This is a must rent!!!! This condo is beautiful and decorated so nicely that it was like being home. Very clean and update. The owner Sandra was amazing with communicating and giving recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better host We loved the huge pool and the atmosphere. Rate this 10/10.

Xmas in the Keys 2023

Our 3rd trip to the Upper-Keys over Christmas Holiday. Previously our accommodations have been at Hotels. Our party was larger in size this year so we found this property via VRBO and had a great experience! The unit had 95% of items we needed and the location was good for our planned activities. Our “host” did a great job of communicating before during and after our trip. We will keep this property on our list for future stays.

Just what we needed

We loved that the property was gated and the grounds and condo were well kept and just as presented in photos. We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation and it met our expectations. The host of the property was wonderful to work with. I messaged her several times and she was always quick to respond and gave us a lengthy list of restaurants. We tried several of them and they were all very good. Definitely try the island Grill at the condo. The food was good and the staff was great. We loved that there were so many lounge chairs at the beach and there were also comfortable chairs to sit under the island to grow in the shade. I would highly recommend staying at this condo to anyone who is visiting the keys. !

Sandra was very communicative during the booking process and stay. The 4th floor condo is exactly as described, clean with a great ocean view. All the amenities you will need including beach towels, kitchen ware and private washer/dryer which is great when flying to the destination. Sandra allows left over items that are useful for the next guest like dishwasher and washing detergent, ect...The pool area is fantastic! The beach area is small but private. You will see all kinds of sea life without booking the snorkel trip.Thank you Sandra for being a great host!!!
